This is a contemporary, fully renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo located in the main complex, close to theme parks and Convention Center.

Very close to the pool complex and clubhouse, less than 1 minute walk.

Located in front of new Universal theme park - EPIC UNIVERSE

The beautiful and modern master suite includes a King bed, while the second bedroom offers two Queen beds with ample space. The third bedroom contains two Full beds. This condo comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests.

A portable crib and high chair are available at no extra charge.

Each bedroom and the living room feature LED Smart TVs with Roku, and Cable TV , and free Wi-Fi is included.

The modern, open kitchen boasts granite countertops and is fully equipped with appliances, including a coffee maker, Keurig machine, toaster, dishwasher, blender, dishes, cookware, and silverwareā€”everything you need for a home away from home.

There are two full bathrooms, both stocked with towels and a hair dryer.

Additional amenities include a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board. The condo also has central heating and air conditioning.

Located on the ground floor, this unit is located about 1 minute walking from the pool, close to clubhouse, and gym, and features an open veranda with chairs and a table.

Two resort pool areas feature heated pools, Jacuzzis, firepit areas, a pool bar, and a kids' splash area.

We are conveniently located within walking distance of the Orlando Convention Center, and Epic Universe , and very close to Universal Studios, the Orlando Eye, top-rated restaurants, Walt Disney World and popular shops. Renowned golf courses are just across the street.

Situated in the theme park area, we're only 1 mile from SeaWorld, 4 miles from Universal Studios, and 8 miles from Walt Disney World.

In just 45 minutes, you can reach Florida's famous beaches and the Kennedy Space Center.

A Publix supermarket and Walgreens are within walking distance, and the community offers a heated pool, pool bar, and convenience shop. Vista Cay is a gated community.

Overall, we were very pleased with your property. Great location, pleasing decor, online pictures matched the property.Consider replacing the living room couch.Recommend having Ana (the properly manager) include directions ("After entering the code, go through the gate, turn right, and drive straight ahead to our building.") The only reason I did not give a 5-star rating was because the price was significantly more (double in 1 case) of what other families of our Club volleyball team paid for 7-day stays.

Amazing Property and Location

What a great vacation we had which was only enhanced by this wonderful property. The grounds are manicured, and all the staff was extremely friendly. The pool was just perfect and not crowded so easy to relax. AS far as the home it is on point with the description and very well kept. All the beds were comfortable and the home was clean. We could not have asked for a better location with being only a quick mile from Epic Universe. We will defiantly rent out this property again as it is the best we have stayed at during our vacations. Thank you again for sharing your home to make our trip special.

Great stay

We had a great stay and loved the location of our unit. I had booked for the close proximity to the pool amenities and was a little sad to find out the pool closest to us was closed for renovations. Luckily there was a second pool area that was great. It would have been nice to know about the renovations though. Overall the stay was great and we were very satisfied with the unit we stayed in.

Great place and close to attractions

Great 3 bedroom condo. Located on ground level, so no stairs for those concerned. About a 30 second walk to main pool and 5 min walk to other pool. Walgreens and a small micro brewery within 2 min walk. Parking is free and easy. Pets are welcomed as our bed sheets had little dog hairs on them. This was the only reason why I gave it 4 stars for cleaning. Publix is very close by. You need a vehicle to get around. It was quiet at night and very safe.

We were so grateful to have somewhere close to both Dinsey and Universal for our family vacation. Everything in the unit was very nice, the location was great, and it was so easy for our large family. The kids loved it and so did we! Ana was extremely responsive. The unit was very clean! We had a phenomenal stay at the property on a family trip to Orlando. It was easily accessible and communication with management was clear. The property had all the needed amenities and was right in the center of it all. It was close to the airport, Disney, and Universal.

Great location

The condo was perfect for our family and it was in a great location. The hostess was very helpful and we were able to check in early. The main pool near our condo was closed for renovations but it was a nice and short walk to the other pools. They were very nice. Plus you could get food and drinks there. There was a Publix across the road and restaurants near by. I would recommend this condo and would stay there again.

First of all we rent this place because we were going to Universal Studios and the location of this place was between 12 and 15 minutes drive every day we drive to the park that was great it is located near everything, to shop and to eat, but, my first disappointment was the community pool , which was one of the reason to book this place was under construction and host never said anything about it, beds have a pillow top which makes them so uncomfortable, and we had problems with little bugs which are in the kitchen and bathroom I'm pretty sure it is a problem for the whole building and last thinf i paid $1550

We liked the appartment, It was clean, exept for two dead roaches that my son threw to the garbage. The master bedroom mattress was very hard, and the rest of the mattresses were too soft in the middle. We would love to stay again, We are in Orlando twice a year. Thank you

Great Location - Clean - Furniture and mattresses need an upgrade!!

The location is great. The unit is very clean and exactly as noted. Bring paper towels as there wasnā€™t even a whole roll-only the partial from the guests before. One problem is the furniture was old. Not dirty at all, just kind of broken down to the point of not being comfortable or usable. I had seen a previous review noting the couch you sink all.the.way into it, especially in the middle. The reply was that they were going to take care of it and thanks for the feedback. I though ā€œgreat!ā€ They fixed the problem. They did not. The couch was not very usable. We had to use the dining chairs to sit in the living room. One bed in each of the rooms with two beds was also quite ā€œpittedā€. When I laid down with a kid before bed you almost roll to the center. They worked for one person sleeping in them, but they seemed quite a bit past due for replacement. We went to some other condos with our group and, although not as good of a location - had new furniture and were more up to date. A good trip and a nice condo but I would recommend a furniture update stat!

Perfect for our 5-day visit to Orlando with two young adults.

Location was excellent. The property owner responded quickly to requests for adjustments to our reservation before the stay and we did not need to reach her during the stay. Only criticism of the property was the couch in the living area. When we sat on the couch we sunk right into the springs and it was not comfortable to sit on. Everything else was great and well maintained. The pool and club house were really close, parking was easy, and it had everything we needed for our stay.

Nice alternative to a hotel during trade show at OCCC

We stayed here before, during and after a week long trade show at the nearby Orange County Convention center. Having more living space and access to the pool and other amenities was so much nicer than staying at a hotel. The unit was clean and comfortable and you canā€™t beat the locationā€¦just steps from the pool. We enjoyed our stay and will be back. I highly recommend this property and this host.

Great Location

Overall, everything was great. The location was close to food, shopping, and things to do. The clubhouse had an arcade, pool, bar area, and pools. The beds in the back bedroom werenā€™t the most comfortable but its to be expected when you stay places that arenā€™t your own. Kitchen had all the necessities for cooking and cleaning up. You get one of dish soap, sponge, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent so if you stay for several days you may want to buy your own. There were plentiful towels available and extra linens. Basically everything was as advertised. Communication with the property manager Ana was very responsive and she worked with me to get back something that was forgotten. Would stay again!
