Holiday home winter / summer

We have owned in Vista Del Largo since 2010 and have spent many happy days here, and (hopefully) have helped the vast majority of our guests to have a fabulous Florida holiday.
The bungalow is approximately 1300 sq feet in size with a lounge / dining area, fully fitted kitchen with breakfast area, fully screened porch with patio table and chairs, cottage suite with TV. The lounge has a 37 inch HDTV and one in each bedroom. Cable TV and internet service.

The master bathroom is huge with a walk in shower, and twin vanity's. The master bedroom has a king size bedroom, 37" TV, dressers, the 2nd bedroom has a full bed and a overhead twin bed, 37" TV, dresser and there is an inflatable bed for guests or visitors if needed. Both bedrooms have large built in closets.

Externally there is a carport, shed and a north-east facing screened patio area with all-weather furniture, and a view the most beautiful Florida sunsets.

There is a community pool just at the far end of the community from the home, which is usually quiet & relaxing. If you want to mingle, there are two other pools, just a short distance from the home, at the main reception area, where you will also find all of the amenities such as the pool room, sauna, play area etc.
The community is about 50/50 residential and vacation homes, and we have found it to be very friendly. The gated (staffed) entrance gives that added feeling of security. You will the relaxed, in a friendly lifestyle here.
