The Space:

Sleeping arrangements
Five themed bedrooms accommodate up to 13 guests. The downstairs bedroom offers a king bed with an ensuite bathroom and easy access to the main living spaces. Upstairs, a queen bed with an ensuite bathroom awaits, alongside two additional bedrooms each featuring a king bed and ensuite bathroom. The fifth bedroom provides two queen beds and its own ensuite bathroom, creating flexible sleeping options for families and friends.
Outdoor living
A private pool and hot tub invite refreshing breaks throughout the day, with pool heat available as an optional extra. Comfortable outdoor furniture and loungers line the patio, perfect for soaking up the warm Florida air at any time. The patio seamlessly extends the indoor dining area, allowing you to start your morning outside or unwind after a park visit.
Indoor spaces
The large living area brings everyone together, while the game room adds a playful touch with a pool table, arcade, and assorted games. A washer and dryer are provided for everyday convenience during longer stays. For guests traveling with little ones, a pack‑n‑play/travel crib and a high chair are available.
Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is stocked with stainless‑steel appliances, including a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. Indoor and outdoor dining spaces give you the flexibility to enjoy a quick breakfast before heading out or a relaxed dinner at home.
Neighborhood
Located in Reunion Resort, the home sits a short drive from Magic Kingdom, SeaWorld, and Universal. The gated community offers a peaceful setting with golf courses, walking paths, and easy access to nearby restaurants, water parks, and local activities. Keep an eye out for golf carts on the neighborhood lanes.

Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to resort amenities such as:
-Seven Eagles: Pool, Spas, Fitness Centers and Linear Park;
-Homestead: Pool, Wading Pool, and Spa;
-Carriage Pointe: Pool and Spa;
-Heritage Crossing: 2 Pools (A and B), Wading Pool, and Spa;
-The Terraces: Pool, Spa, Gazebo, and Pavilion;
-Liberty Bluff Playground and Dog Park;
-Grand Traverse Parkway: Playground and Outdoor Fitness Center.
IMPORTANT: Guests must present an RFID card to access these amenities. RFID cards have a cost of $15 each and must be purchased during your stay. Please note that each card has an expiration date of 3 days. This RFID will ONLY grant access to the community amenities listed above, and we do NOT have access to Reunion's water park.
Guests have the option to arrange tee times at their convenience (Palmer, Nicklaus or Watson Golf Courses). Please note that booking and any associated fees are the responsibility of the guest.
The Neighborhood:
Reunion Resort is a fun-filled luxury gated community that will make you feel like enjoying a stroll around one of the many golf courses. Many people are full time residents, so please drive the 25 MPH speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts! :) While Reunion has many wonderful restaurants to enjoy, out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment!
Getting Around:
Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side by side.
Other Things to Note:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:
-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.
-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
