Over all a happy with our stay, communication with the property manger was excellent! Pool was great we had some trouble getting the hot tub to a proper temperature but was warm enough. House was clean and a good location. You need to drive to the gym/ lazy river as it's a little far from the house. We liked that target was a ten min walk away. Disney parks are a 20-25 min drive.This home worked well for our family vacation!

Great vacation Home

The property is exactly what our family needed. It was spacious and clean. Only problems were very little cellular service and the kitchen needs a few more dish rags/towels/

OK at best

First, this entire neighborhood is in what the locals (according to multiple delivery drivers) call a "dead zone." So if you are looking for cell service, this place isn't it. And the wifi only works downstairs (not in the master bedroom, for instance). Second, we checked in on a Thursday afternoon. That evening, I emailed the property manager (after hours- I was headed to Disney early the next AM) that the dryer was broken and *missing a piece* and would need to be serviced the next day as it was Easter weekend. The manager emailed me back the following day that a technician would come. This was a lie. My stepdad was on property and a technician never came. I was traveling with 4 young children and this was a huge issue for me. We needed laundry access! On Saturday, I called to follow up and was told someone would come that day or the next. They did not. Finally, I called on Monday, and *only after threatening to lawyer up to get a full refund for false listing* they finally sent someone to fix the dryer. Every corner that could possibly be cut in a home was cut in this one. I ended up purchasing my own trash can bc the one at the property was impossible to open/use. So hopefully the owners left the one I purchased there for future renters. Additionally, the pool is about 1/2 the size of the neighboring homes on either side. My kids managed to have a lot of fun in the pool, but the picture is definitely misleading. All in all, this place is fine but not great

Great Family Friendly Location!

We had a great stay at this property. It was exactly as described and was easy to communicate with the owners. Loved having extra room for everyone to stretch out and relax.

Community neighborhood and amenities were great. House was great and our kids loved the themed rooms; our only complaint would be the cleanliness of the floor and pool deck area. The pool furniture and carpet need a refresh. We also expected a grill to cookout and there wasn’t one,

Great relaxing stay at Storey Lake

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was exactly as depicted in the pictures, extremely clean and very spacious. The pool heat was worth the extra money as it was still a little chilly in the evenings during our trip. There is a Target less than 5 minutes from the house which was perfect for stocking up on groceries. Furthermore, the location of the property was very convenient to the Disney parks, and it typically only took about 15-20 minutes to get from the parking lot back to the house. Roku TV in every room was a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay

Our family of 10 definitely enjoyed our stay. We paid extra to heat the pool and it was a big hit for our entire family. The home is lovely and clean and provided all the items we needed for a comfortable stay. Just an FYI for coffee drinkers, the pot is ground coffee with filters, not k-cups. It is a distance from the resort pool, lazy river, gym, etc. so you need to drive or request shuttle service. It is close to Disney Parks and other attractions in the area but give yourself enough time because the traffic definitely adds extra time to the commute. These are silly negatives that maybe someone would not even care about but the only negative we had for the house was no pot holder for hot pots/pans and dust pan for sweeping up the floor. Our family did not want to leave and we're already talking about going back next year because we enjoyed it so much.

Great house, great location

We had a great time at the property. The house is beautiful and the area is great. The only problem was the pool. It was not serviced in a long time and it showed. Unfortunately we could not swim for 2 days out of 5. The service people came during our stay & then the pool was cold with an extremely high chlorine smell. No response about the 2 days or refund for heat. All in all it was a good trip. Lots of family fun!

Great for family’s

We enjoyed our stay. I would recommend calling ahead to heat the pool as they are not always heated and they take 24hours to heat. Otherwise it was perfect for our family of six with kids ranging from 7-18! We enjoyed our stay and loved the location!

Very Nice

Very nice property, location and community overall. I would book the property again. My only critiques are the pool area deck was fairly dusty / dirty. Clearly not hosed off between groups. The kitchen could also be better outfitted. No tongs, salt and pepper, coffee filters - just a few basics would have been appreciated. I also feel that the extra fee required to heat the hot tub should be more clearly stated up front. I've never had to pay to heat a hot tub at a rental property. This all said, I'd gladly book this property again. Perfect for a large family to enjoy the Orlando area.

Spring break getaway!

Beautiful home in Kissimmee conveniently located to all the parks and attractions. Home was very clean, bright and the pool was a wonderful addition to our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Great house, could be a bit cleaner.

House and property were as described and pictured, and the pool was great. Everything functioned properly and pool heat was definitely working! The water was like a bath in the evening, which was great for our stay. Local rentals on the street were a bit loud on Saturday night, but nothing truly disturbing. The weekdays were quiet. All in all, I would recommend this rental, except for a few things: Dishes were dirty and had to be washed before use, missing some pillow cases, one bedroom mattress was not very comfy, no fitted sheets and so the sheets kept coming undone, and the house wasn’t squeaky clean (found some bottle caps hidden under things and an actual pair of boxer briefs that weren’t ours between the mattress and bed frame - eww!) But again, the house itself was great.

Spacious, convenient, and clean

The location close to Disney and with Target store just down the street is ideal. There is plenty of space to comfortably accomodate a large family. Having a private pool in the back you can use whenever was a huge plus with kids. House was well maintained and extremely clean on check-in.

Property was beautiful just as described

They were 6 of us that rented the property for business convention we probably didn’t use all the amenities - we all had our own area - it would be perfect for a family - beautiful place a little far from the main office - if you want to use the lazy river - water slide ect - but that didn’t matter to us - but they did have a little shuttle service that would take you back and forth b We ordered for ahead of time from Publix’s had it delivered the same time we could get in 4:00 it worked perfect

Beautiful property and resort

We spent 12 days at this house on our vacation and loved it. The house was nice and clean and very spacious. The teens loved the pool table. There were plenty of pillows and blankets to make everyone comfortable. We would stay here again. The resort was nice as well. The clubhouse had sign ins and checked reservations to make sure people coming to the pool area were actual guests of the community. This was great because the gates in the neighborhoods were never actually closed so anyone could have come there. We loved the lazy river and the kids loved the water slides. There were limited lazy river tubes however they sold tubes that you could buy for $6 and keep for your own use which made it easier to not have to hunt one down each time.
