Also very close to local bars and restaurants in Champions Gate, US 27 and 192.

Downstairs:
You will enter into a beautiful open plan hallway that leads to the modern kitchen and dining area.

The kitchen has a breakfast bar that seats 4 people. We have a large refrigerator/freezer with ice maker and filtered water. Gas stove with large oven, a microwave, dishwasher and a waste disposal unit

Dining area has a table to seat 8 guests. 4 can also be seated at the breakfast bar.

Master Suite 1 is on the ground floor. This has access to the pool and deck area. Large walk in shower and tub. Double sinks and toilet.
King bed with wall mounted TV and generous storage closet.

Half bath located on ground floor.

Laundry room contains washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, mop and bucket and pool towels for our guests to use.

Fully equipped Garage/games room. Pool table, Fussball, Arcade machine and Air Hockey.
We have a stroller and crib for our smaller guests.

Pool Area - Beautiful pool and spa. South west facing pool deck guarantees sun all day. The spa will only heat if pool heat is on.
Fully screened pool to keep the bugs out.

4 sun loungers, dining table and sofa are all covered by the large lanai.

Upstairs:
The second master suite is on the first floor. A large room with a King bed and ample storage. Original art and accented wall.
Ensuite with tub, shower and double sinks.

An original themed Star Wars bedroom. Twin over full bunk beds. Wall mounted TV.

Bedroom 4 - King bed with wall mounted TV. Shares a bathroom with the Star Wars room.

Bedroom 5 - 2 single beds in this beautifully themed Mickey & Minnie bedroom. Wall mounted TV included.

Bedroom 6 - King bed with wall mounted TV. Shares bathroom with Mickey/Minnie room.

Large loft area has a large sectional sofa and a 70" wall mounted TV. Playstation 4 available to use in this area.

Our rental home is located in the 24/7 guarded, gated community of Solterra. A luxury resort which includes a clubhouse, lazy river, beach entry pool with slide, spa, pool-side cabanas, beach volleyball, tennis courts and fitness center, all located within 5 minute walk from our home. There is a $35 resort fee for up to 12 guests to use of the amenities.

When you decide to leave the luxury of Solterra, you are only minutes from bars, restaurants, supermarkets and local amenities.
Close proximity to I4 links gives easy access to all attractions. Disney is 13 miles away and Universal Studios is approx 35 minute drive from your door.

The property has external security cameras and a Ring doorbell. The cameras are used to monitor the exterior of the property. They cover the front door, driveway and the pool and AC equipment.
