The game room is air-conditioned and fully stocked with entertainment as it comes with a Bigfoot Crush arcade game, a The Grand Fun Alley arcade game, a 55-inch smart TV, a PS4, and a bar table with seating for 2.

But, there is more entertainment! The pool area comes with a fully screened-in pool with a spillover spa, child safety fence, 3 sun loungers, patio furniture with seating for 7, and a table with seating for 8 if you prefer to dine alfresco, have evening drinks, or a relaxing cup of coffee in the morning.

With 9 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms, this gorgeous home can accommodate up to 20 guests. On the first floor, you will find the master bedroom with a king bed and a 60-inch smart TV. On the second floor, you will encounter the loft area with an 82-inch TV, and a high-top table with 4 barstools. On the second floor, you will find the rest of the bedrooms. 3 bedrooms offer a king bed with a large TV. For the little ones of the family, there is a space-themed bedroom with a bunk bed, led lights in beds, and a 50-inch wall-mounted TV. All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
Tax is not included in nightly rates
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
Cleaning service is NOT included but please ask for a quote
Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
Pool heat available for a fee and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spa / Hot Tub to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
Only preregistered vehicles will be allowed through the guard gate. Max of 4 cars per address
Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website. Optional fees can include items such as early check-in, late check-out, mid stay cleans and pool heat. These items can be added directly with Florida Vacation Homes after the reservation has been made.
This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
