Welcome to our comfortable and spacious two-bedroom, two-bath condo in the heart of Orlando! Perfectly situated, our home offers easy access to the best attractions, dining, and entertainment the city has to offer.



The Space:

Our condo is located on the first floor, providing convenient entry for all guests. The master bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed, promising restful nights. The second bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with two sturdy bunk beds, each equipped with adult-size twin mattresses, comfortably sleeping up to four adults. In the living room, you'll find a sofa bed that can accommodate two additional guests, ensuring everyone has a cozy spot to unwind. Step outside onto the private patio, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or relax after a day exploring Orlando.

The Neighborhood:

Our condo is nestled in a lively, welcoming, and diverse community of African American and Hispanic heritage. Guests will experience friendly neighbors and nearby shops and eateries offering authentic flavors and experiences. We invite you to embrace the warmth and diversity of our neighborhood, where history and tradition blend seamlessly with Orlando’s modern energy. As our condo is not located on a main street, you'll be spared from the noise of busy traffic. Rest easy knowing that the community is under 24/7 video surveillance, and security patrols the neighborhood from 3 PM to 7 AM. During normal business hours, the association monitors the video and ensures maintenance to the community.



Getting Around:

The condo is located close to several major roads in the Orlando area, like I-4, Orange Avenue, and John Young Parkway



Other Things to Note:

The condo above has just installed wood flooring, resulting in occasionally hearing of a child moving around. Parking is free, but you must provide your license plate number to register you as a visitor to avoid the possibility of your vehicle getting towed. A visitor parking pass is required, only one is provided. The replacement cost for the parking pass is $75. There are no assigned parking spots, so you can park conveniently in front of the condo or in the guest parking area. To make your stay even more enjoyable, we provide complimentary coffee, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent in the unit.
