This pet-friendly two-bedroom condo is located right off the 192, with easy access to a great selection of restaurants, golf courses, shopping spots and entertainment.

Featuring two bedrooms, this condo can host up to 4 guests at a time. There is a large King bedroom with en suite bathroom, which has a private patio entrance attached. The bathroom has a soaker tub and large standing shower as well. The other bedroom has a Queen size bed and the second bathroom has a shower/tub combo. Both rooms have smart TVs with high speed internet access.

There is a fully equipped kitchen, loaded with high end stainless steel appliances. You'll love the deep double sink, full sized fridge/freezer combo, and large capacity dishwasher. There's lots of room for cooking on the granite countertops, and plenty of cupboard space to keep your snacks handy! There's even elevated kitchen bar seating for anyone who cares to watch while you're cooking up a masterpiece! There is also a dining room with large windows that let in lots of natural light and offer views of the property grounds.

The suite is air conditioned, and there's a large screened-in patio. There's even free onsite parking and complimentary access to the building amenities! Building amenities include a community pool, hot tub, sauna, and games room.

• There is free parking available in the lot underneath the building, please note this cannot be reserved and is on a first come, first serve basis - with a height restriction of 7.5Ft. Open spaces surrounding the main building are available for taller vehicles.

Unit Access:
• As you enter through the main entrance to the lobby, you'll notice hallways with wide clearance and two elevators.
• Guests get complimentary access to the condo's beautiful amenities open from 8am - 10pm, year round.

Pet Friendly:
•To keep everyone safe and comfortable, we allow only one dog up to 40 lbs. Unfortunately, we can’t accommodate large breeds like Rottweilers or German Shepherds. If you're bringing a pet, please share the breed and weight with us in advance. Thanks for understanding!
• A pet fee of $99 will be included at the time of booking if the pet is declared. If a pet is not declared during booking, the fee will be charged separately after the reservation is made and the pet is disclosed.
