This stunning and completely renovated townhome is located in a prime location, next door to the Orange County Convention Center, and less than 15 minutes away from all major theme parks (Universal Studios, Walt Disney World and SeaWorld).


Decorated in a modern style, this townhome offers luxury and warmth for the perfect relaxing getaway you've been looking for!
The large master suite offers a king size bed and a spacious private bathroom that has his and her sinks built in.


The 2nd large bedroom offers a queen size bed and a twin size bed, also comes equipped with its very own private bathroom.
The third bedroom offers a teen themed room with a queen size bed, a twin over double size bunk bed and it also has a private bathroom. All the bedrooms include TV's.


In the living room there is an over-sized TV with a sound system and a blu-ray player, perfect for that family movie night.


The kitchen comes completely equipped with all the essentials you need to create the perfect meal for your loved ones. A half bath is located on the main level for your convenience.


This unit is also equipped with a full size washer and dryer to offer you the ability to pack light for your trip.


The property is next to the Vista Cay clubhouse, which includes complimentary access to the fitness facilities and resort pools.

Nice property to stay

We needed a 2 night stay before our cruise and this was a wonderful property to stay at. Clean, spacious for the 7 of us and walking distance to Publix and multiple restaurants.

Fantastic experience, made for a great trip

This unit was fantastic. Clean, spacious, and well maintained. Location was fantastic for going to both Universal and Disney. I was able to drive the older teens over to Universal Citywalk for the New Year's eve count down, AFTER returning around 9 from Disney Animal Kingdom, everything was that convenient. The resort was also wonderful, as we were able to swim every day, and even use the workout facility. The housing situation was perfect for two families. We put one couple downstairs, one couple upstairs, and all the teenagers in the upstairs room with bunk beds. We had a wonderful time and were able to relax and connect. Will look forward to staying again.

Positive experience

Great location - walking distance or short drive from store and lots of restaurants. Property manager was very responsive prior to stay. Keyless entry made check in seamless with the code sent well in advance. The first floor bedrooom has a twin and a queen (not 2 queens), but the rest was as described and was perfect for our family. We are likely to seek this property for future visits.

Orlando trip

We were in Orlando for a conference & some family getaway time. Vista Cay resort was so convenient for our conference & such a great place to stay for our family....we loved it.

Summer stay

Booking and check in process was simple and convenient. The dishwasher was not working during our stay and we contacted the property manager, who did have a tech sent out, but the tech was unable to resolve the issue and a note left by them said another person would be back later that day to look into the issue further; however, one was not. I contacted the property manager again and they indicated they did not have a resolution date. The non working dishwasher was not fixed during our stay in the beginning of July. The property is fairly close to local attractions and there are a few restaurants and grocery store within walking distance.

Overall great stay

The condo was in a great location. Beds were comfortable and condo was clean. It does need a few updates- dressers well used, water dispenser didn’t work on fridge, basement missing one of the shower doors, washer knob didn’t work right. The property managers were very responsive to all emails and said they have work orders for everything, but nothing was fixed while we were there.

AC does not work properly, OVER RATED PRICE for a townhouse AC unit not working properly! Nor fans where provided to us. Kids room had no air coming in, super hot. The kids spent sleeping on the couch.

Property EXTREMELY dirty!

We came in town for a volleyball tournament. We paid for early check in. Get to the property and the code to get in doesn’t work. Call the property manager and they said they would send someone out to let us in. An hour later and I one had showed up. I call back and they said they would just give me a new code over the phone. Why they didn’t do that the first time I have no idea. Get in the property and the place is FILTHY!! The white hand rails were black with dirt. The air intake vents were caked with dust. The filters themselves, I have no idea how any air got through. The kitchen had dried food caked on the walls and cabinets. The master bath had dead bugs in the sink and two dead wasps hanging out of the light fixtures. The carpets were filthy. The toilets had urine stains and black hairs under the seats. Some of the bedding had black hairs all over it. The furniture and stuff was nice but we were totally turned off by the filth. I took pictures of everything and sent it to the info email provided for me for any concerns. Never heard a word back. I ended up having to buy cleaning supplies to clean the place myself. One swipe of a Clorox wipe on the railing and they were white again. So it wasn’t staining it was dirt! My families allergies were flared up all week I’m sure due to the filthy air vents. I will never rent there again and would never suggest it to anyone!

Great property

Great experience! The condo was a great location and easy to access. The pool area had plenty of space and never felt crowded. The grounds were well taken care of the gates made it feel very safe. The condo was a perfect layout for multi family use. We had plenty of space without feeling like we were on top of each other. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location

I enjoyed my stay at this property. For the most part the pictures give a great depiction of the property. I loved the alcohol beverages served at pool. There are several stores and restaurants in walking distance. Cleanliness was not as bad as I read in previous reviews. I found very minor things that I was willing to take care of myself. I would book with Dennis again. I only wish he listed his property on another app.
