     Just minutes from Disney, golf, and short walk to the lazy river and Oasis clubhouse.

     Kitchen is complete to prepare a meal with onsite pool table, foosball, and air hockey. Smart flat screen tvs throughout for movie night, while the screened in pool and jetted spa allow you to relax in privacy.

     The space

     This luxury villa is nestled on the Champions Gate Resort with 9 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms! It is close to Disney, Universal, and SeaWorld parks and has a private jetted spa/pool and games room in the garage.

     This deluxe villa is located in the 5-star Champions Gate Resort with access to their resort style amenities that include activities for the whole family!

     The villa can sleep 26.  The villa is located in the beautiful part of central Florida near Disney and Universal, Magic Kingdom, the Crayola Experience, WonderWorks, Madame Tussauds, the Orlando Aquarium, LEGOLand, and shopping centers.

     The villa is also located in the same community as two award-winning PGA golf courses and countless more nearby if you came to play.

     Guest access

     Included access to the Oasis Clubhouse with lazy river, water slide, kids splash pad, spa/hot tub, adult pool, Tiki Bar, restaruant, fitness center, and more at no extra fee. You will have access to all the rooms in this vacation home except the owner’s closet. We will provide a Fast Pass to enter Champions Gate security prior to check-in. This will also serve as your parking pass within the community.

     Other things to note

SPA/POOL HEATING SYSTEM

     Unlike most other homes, we offer free pool and spa heating. An electronic heating system of the spa/pool water is available upon request.The spa-pool can only be heated to the same temperature as the main pool (not a hot tub). Heaters are electric and have limitations when the outside temperature dips below 50 F.

  We need at least 24 hours advanced notice for turning on or off the pool heater prior to arrival.
