Local post office services doesn't recognize The Hub as of yet in the systems as the location is brand new construction, we recommend the guest utilizes delivery services as UPS, FedEx and DHL as these will be deliver at your door step.
TRASH DISPOSAL ETIQUETE
Trash must be take out on a daily bases and before check out time.
Please follow signage posted around the community located adjacent to the Club House.
HOUSEKEEPING ETIQUETE
There will be no housecleaning during the guest stay, however for long stays the service can be requested for and additional fee.
We are glad to host your stay in our amazing home. We have highlighted a simple set of rules and recommendations for you to follow:

•You must be at least 18 years old to book a reservation.
• Ring door bell at the door entrance, no cameras inside the premises.
•The professional cleaning company takes before and after pictures to serve as inventory, we took great pride in arranging the property for your pleasure as well others - please note if anything is broken or missing there will be a back charge to the guest accordantly.
• There is no smoking or vaping of any kind inside or outside of our property, if there is evidence of finding the smell of smoke a penalty fee will be charged of $350 to professionally clean the said event.
Additionally this rule applies for any unregistered pets.
