If you need to outsource the propane/gas grill or other gears please contact us for arrangements as we have a full variety of items available. ( Extra cost)

**GUEST ACCESS AND PARKING
Guests will have access to the entire house for themselves. The house has a driveway that can accommodate 2/3 cars and overflow parking down the road about 250 ft distance.. This house features a game room inside the garage therefore covered garage is not available.

ENCORE AT REUNION: We do not offer access to club house or encore water park with this booking. This is house use only.

$170 Pet fee for each animal
Only legal service dogs are exempt, we need proper documents to waive the fee.
