Storey Lake is a gated community, and all guests must be pre-registered before arrival.

After booking, we’ll request:

Primary guest full name

Full names of all adult guests

Driver names and (if possible) vehicle plate numbers

We’ll send a vehicle access barcode (phone or printed) for gate entry.

Entry may be delayed or denied if not registered in advance.

Bath towels and medium towels are provided

Please use the building’s garbage chute daily to keep the condo clean and help prevent pests

Package deliveries:

USPS often does not deliver to vacation rentals and packages may be returned.

We recommend Amazon, DHL, or FedEx.

We are not responsible for returned, lost, or undelivered packages.

House rules (strict):

No pets (may result in cancellation without refund + fees)

No parties/events (fees and removal without refund)

No smoking/vaping inside the condo or on the balcony (a fee applies if smoke/odor is detected)



Interaction with Guests:

We communicate through the platform and are available before, during, and after your stay

Please report any issues (cleanliness, maintenance, defects, etc.) within the first 4 hours after check-in so we can resolve them quickly .
