"Spacious room with great ocean view."

"Surfland Hotel is an amazing hotel, front desk associates are all super friendly and helpful . The rooms are very clean, nice comfy beds, plenty of pillows, huge T.V., it has a huge bar type cabinet area with two bar stools, coffee pot, small refrigerator, and a microwave . The bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and lotion(and not the teeny ones, these are full size!). There is a covered area that has two fire pits, huge connect four game(along with other games), tables...

"Old skool OR Coast accomodations, a throw back in time, in a good way! Super clean property, right on the Prom with amazing views! Fresh baked cookies at 6p, breakfast at 7am, very friendly and helpful staff. Comfy beds, soft linens, mini-kitchenette and fireplace...add in the mustard yellow bathroom fixtures and wood paneling and you've got a recipe for the best darn stay in Seaside!! Affordable too!!"

"No coffee in the morning"

"Felt the room was expensive in comparison to other hotels we have stayed in on this road trip. Lovely room and comfortable beds but not much choice of eateries/facilities nearby; had to drive 2 miles for greater choice. Breakfast was fine but very disappointed that there were paper plates and plastic cutlery-it just feels so cheap and not ecological sound or economically viable. As I say, for this price I was expecting better - but it was good overall."

"Staff was friendly, clean room, not much to choose from the breakfast. Pool open till 10pm. Overall we are satisfied with the stay at River inn hotel."
