"We rented a room with a kitchenette and was stocked with all amenities except for anything used for cooking (i.e salt, oil, etc), so if you're planning on using the kitchen, please be sure to buy some ahead of time. As stated by it's name, the hotel was right outside the oceanfront. It was lovely being able to watch the sunrise/sunset from the hotel window and you were minutes away from the beach itself. "Location is excellent to beach, restaurants and stores, all easy walks. Great ocean view from 3rd floor with elevator access. Room was clean but with outdated furniture and old yellow bath and sink. Quiet location further down promenade from bigger hotels and traffic. We booked 4 days in advance but room prices were lower for the same room the next couple of days. Overall enjoyed our stay at Seaside and will come again. Hope High Tides finishes their remodel soon."

"The room is clean. The surrounding of the hotel is well maintained. The location is great, a few minutes from the main street (Broadway St). Unfortunately, no free breakfast is offered in the hotel. There is a restaurant in the hotel, but it closes on Monday, which is not mentioned anywhere. Free coffee is provided in the lobby. However, it ran out when I needed. Overall, it is a good place to stay."

"Check in was super easy and the woman at the desk explained things so clearly and had some excellent suggestions for dining nearby. The room was very well appointed with everything I needed including some snacks for purchase. Double bonus that they provide a kettle and French press for coffee, as well as real coffee mugs and wine glasses instead of paper cups. The room was clean and updated and towels were luxury. Another shout out for the fire pit area which was overlooking the beach and dug...

"We stayed in the Aston Suites. I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel. However, my husband who uses a cane would have had a challenge with getting to the front desk in the Norblad Hotel. I took care of checking in and the Astor Suites had an elevator which made it easy for my husband."

"The property was alright; it was difficult to sleep because there was a lot of light filtering in through the blinds even though they were completely closed. There was only one spare blanket that had kind of been wadded up and shoved into a drawer. It probably won't be my first choice to stay at again, but definitely not the worst place I've stayed at."

The tv wasn’t set up but it did look like they are upgrading it would have been nice to be able to watch something without making a whole Samsung account. "Everything with the property was good and it was on the beach side. The check in process is not good at all. We arrived at the hotel and there is no one working there. No office. So we were looking back at our booking notes and there was no mention of how to get into your room. We walked around a bit and there was a note hanging by the stairs that instructs guest to go to another location a couple miles away to pick up the room key. There is no message during the booking process to tell you this...
