"It won't blow you away with luxury but the location is close enough to the main drag that it works. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The bathroom fan wasn't functioning, that was probably the only downside. They have some kids sand toys they lend out and an area to hose down yourself and whatever else might be sandy on the side of the hotel. Easy walk to the beach and a great view from our room. Breakfast was good, pancake maker, sausage, eggs, potatoes, cereal, bagels/toast and some...
"The on site restaurant is closed Monday-Wednesday. So we found several places on the bay front in Newport that were very good. Bed was very comfortable 😴"
"This was our third time visiting the Tolovana Inn. We always enjoy our stay. The setting is beautiful and easy access to the beach makes it the ideal. "

"We liked everything about this hotel, the room had a spacious and clean king size bed, a fireplace, a soaking tub, ocean front balcony. The room also had a Keurig to make an early morning cup before breakfast which is included, nothing fancy but good. They also have a sort of happy hour with salmon chowder at 5 o’clock no alcohol.
The staff was very good, friendly and anxious to help.
All in all an excellent place we will surely return."
"Our room was very spacious for the price. This property was built in 1944 and with the exception of a few updates, the rooms seem as they are essentially the same as when they were built. The front staff was friendly and efficient, and the room was clean. Overall the room was very quiet. Ther is no air conditioning for our room but a fan was provided."
"We had a great stay! We’ve stayed here before and it’s been amazing both times. My only complaints would be no TV in the bedroom we stayed in and the blinds in that room were broke and didn’t work great but we were able to make both work just fine. Office staff is super friendly and helpful! "

Falta área de refeição (não tem café no hotel / nem para pagar a parte ) tem que sair do hotel ou fazer no quarto . Único ponto negativo foi este .
