"Its listed as intire house, its three stories, you are renting the upper two stories. Its a complete unit, it cant be accessed from tje bottom story but its not the entire house. The manager lives in the bottom story. Its still a big place. Its still good value for the money it just deciving the way it is listed. "We enjoyed our stay at this townhouse. The place was clean and decorated well. The furniture and beds were comfy. We loved having our own private hot tub with privacy fencing between each unit's patio. We would maybe suggest having some sort of covered shelves to keep towels dry while using the hot tub during adverse weather. We also would have loved the parking lot to be lit a little better and maybe some solar pathway lights along the sidewalk to each townhome for safety as it is pretty dark....
