"Check in was at 4pm, our room wasn't clean until 9pm!!! The room was dirty, most lilely due to houskeepimg rushing. There was a line out of the lobby with many other guests upset and unable to check in. This was absolutely unacceptable. Management was little to no help!! Will NEVER stay again "

"Hotel is a little outdated but kept very clean and has an amazing view of the ocean. Hotel staff all seem friendly and welcoming. Food was excellent for dinner however service could use improvement (one waiter in particular). "

"Hotel is very clean and staff are very gracious and helpful. We stayed in blue room and temperature management in room was a little tricky with fluctuations in temperature outside. Shower is open and very close to tub so with placement of head made for a sadly awkward shower in a beautiful space. No door to shower also made it quite cold as the bathroom is so large it didn't steam up very quickly. While the bathroom is beautiful, it was not a great shower. Bed, chairs and all else were very...
