"The size of the house was perfect for our trip where we all had our own rooms and bathrooms! The key pad made for easy entry and also convenient that you could get to the downstairs through the garage. The large jacuzzi tub was a great way to relax after a day of walking around downtown Florence. I loved the seashells through out the house and my granddaughter loved the toys and books. "It’s spring break in Oregon which you would think would mean more staff or the property being ready to handle that. First impression going to our room was a heaping garbage in front of our room , definitely not emptied an it was still the same after 3 days being there . The pool had no towels for us and we had to wait nearly an hour to get any. Then the sauna was broken, the bathroom in the pool area was not cleaned either .
