"We enjoyed our two night stay here! Walking distance to Talisker distillery, close drive to Fairy Pools. We used it as a base to see other sights on Skye - Quaraing, Kilt Rock and Falls, Old Man of Storr and Portree. The cottage was spacious and comfortable for our group of 5. "This is the perfect cottage to explore Skye. Ideal for a family of four. We slept well, the shower is good and every thought has gone into this self catering accommodation (not one but two hairdryers, sharp kitchen knives, dishwasher tablets, treats!). We arrived with everything we needed food and drink wise (I recommend you do as well as it's a drive to the shops) but also ate locally at the inn which was fine and lively. There's an excellent playpark across the road and a pottery. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Tides Uig. The pictures do not capture how beautiful the view is from the home. We also loved the daily visits from the local sheep.
