PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The Alluring Beach View Two-bedroom condo is a modern vacation rental with alluring views of the beach. Situated within the LeVent Beach Resort Aruba at Eagle Beach, rated many times favorite beach in the Caribbean and of the world. The balcony stretches across the living room and the primary bedroom is completed with a 4-chairs set to relax and savor the Aruban weather.

The open-plan living room is provided with a large TV, two chairs, a sofa-bed (with a double-size mattress), an 8-seat dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen with 4-barstools. The entrance hallway lends access to a half bathroom. There is also a washer and dryer available.

The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, a TV, built-in closets, a chair, access to the balcony with tropical views, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a TV, built-in closets, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

This condo provides you with 1,355 sq. ft. of living space, a code-lock safety box, free unlimited WiFi, 3 cable TVs (in the living room and each bedroom), beach chairs, and beach towels (with daily exchange service) are all available for your comfort. This condo is located on the left hallway off the elevators on the third floor. Sleeps 6 guests in 2 beds and a double-size sofa-bed.

On-site there is a spa: Blue Waters Day Spa. Ample free parking available within the 24/7 secured gated complex. Beach towels are provided for all of our Prestige guests upon check-in, and they can be exchanged once per day for no additional cost at our Prestige LeVent desk in the lobby. Additionally, each of the LeVent rental properties managed by Prestige Vacations Aruba is also provided with its own portable beach chairs (stored away on the ground floor of the premises) and coolers that can be taken to the beach.
