Guest access The villa is accessed via a smartlock. We will provide you with your own unique code during your check in. The villa is exclusively yours with complete privacy; there are no shared amenities. So relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. Car rental is easy and inexpensive; we can happily advise you on rental companies or taxi services. Other things to note [Dedicated concierge] Bocobay properties ensure you have an on the ground concierge to: 1) Meet you at the property and ensure everything runs smoothly, 2) Swap your dirty beach and bath towels complimentary so you don’t have to spend time washing and drying towels, 3) Dedicated point of contact should you need anything such as a taxi, questions answered or a reservation made! We have you sorted [Cleaning] Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance.
