Overlooking a large gulf side pool you can keep an eye on the kids and enjoy the wide open views of the beach and the ocean. The pool has a swim through indoor pool plus it is heated in winter.

This charming gulf front condo features 2 bedrooms with picture windows . A large master bedroom has a king size bed, large closet, and private bath. The second bedroom features a queen bed with a full bath off the adjacent hallway. Both bedrooms have smart tv's.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a wonderful vacation.
All new stainless steel appliances, new countertops, Keurig and drip coffee makers . You can choose to dine in or out at one of the nearby local restaurants . The condo has a dining table as well as bar seating, or you might wish to have dinner on your balcony, which has a table as well and is good place to catch the sunset.

Tradewinds is only a few steps to the beach, with a short boardwalk to the sand. Our unit is on the 3rd floor which is quite convenient for going to the pool, the beach and moving in . Other amenities at Tradewinds include: private security, 2 elevators, BBQ grilling area, and high speed internet!!

Our location is perfect for families offering endless entertainment — music, shopping, festivals, restaurants, biking, parks, fishing, boating, golfing, nature trails, amusement park . Or simply chill on our beautiful beach and relax. We will go above and beyond to make your time here a pleasurable experience!

PARKING INFO:
Two parking passes will be included with your reservation. No more than 2 vehicles are allowed per reservation (strictly enforced). Oversized vehicles or trailers not allowed. Please reach out to us if you need assistance finding overflow or oversized offsite parking.

We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.
