Overall, it was a beautiful place to stay and I truly enjoyed the experience.However, the cleanliness did not meet expectations. There was trash left under the bed in the bunk room, popcorn behind the sofas, and food residue on the floors. I also noticed spider webs along the baseboards down stairs near the stairs. "This rental had everything that we needed for our trip. Rooms were huge and clean. There are 2 sets of stairs (up to the front door and up to the sleeping quarters). I would like to point out that this particular unit is the first house off Perdido Beach Blvd, which is the main street in orange beach with non-stop traffic going at 45mph at all hours of the day, which interrupted our sleep at night. But I will admit this was our mistake to not research about the area prior to booking. "

"Our stay was amazing, we loved this quiet and cozy house! It was very accommodating for our light packing. Adorable for 2 single moms with 5 kids. Very grateful for the kid room with 4 bunk beds, as most of the places I looked at had less. And very much appreciated being able to bring our pup! Which made a huge difference. I only wish we were able to bring him to beach with us. Did not learn till we got there that none of the beaches allow pets. :(Highly recommend this beach house!!! "
