Picture your family here at Sunswept 108, a ground floor oasis with 3 bedrooms and 3
baths that will accommodate 8 people. From the private patio you are only steps away
from the pool and the white sands of Orange Beach. This is the perfect retreat to relax
and unwind for a while and enjoy the soothing rhythm of the Gulf waves.

The fully equipped kitchen will enable you to prepare meals if you want to stay in and
enjoy your family in the cozy living space. Or, if you decide to go out to eat, you will find
there is no shortage of variety of dining. From fresh seafood at Coastal Orange Beach
or Zeke’s Restaurant to burgers and wings at Hurricane Grill you are
guaranteed to find something for everyone.

Kick off your flip flops after a full day of sun and fun and sink into the comfortable queen
size beds in two of the bedrooms. The third bedroom has twin beds that are just right for
a great restful night. With three full baths there will be plenty of showers/tubs to ensure
everyone has a stress free stay.

The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older. This is a non-smoking vacation
rental and no pets are permitted. 1 parking pass is permitted for 1 bedroom vacation
rentals, 2+ bedroom vacation rentals are allowed 2 passes. Check-in time is 4pm and
checkout time is 10am

Too expensive for quality

The property is clean and has a pool & that’s it. Our unit (108) was very dated and with tiny televisions in the bedrooms that only worked every now and then. The WiFi is horrific. No ice machine, no extras. We had some beach towels drying on the balcony. We got a super aggressive note from the property manager. Absolutely fine to let us know something is against the rules. I didn’t appreciate the aggressive remarks in all caps accusing me of purposefully breaking a rule (of which I was not aware) and adding that we would absolutely be towed if we were parked incorrectly (we were not) and more aggressive warnings. If you get a great deal, you’ll be satisfied. If not, you’ll be asking yourself why you paid thousands to stay here.

The location was great for our group! We wanted to stay on the ground floor with our 4 kids and two elderly grandparents. Unfortunately, it smelled really musty when we checked in and the spray to cover the smell was was

Overall condition

The location of the condo is excellent. The kitchen was well stocked. The overall condition of the condo was poor. The unit needed to be deep cleaned. One out of four tvs did not work. The condo needs a total update. Very disappointing. The refrigerators ice maker did not work. Would not recommend this unit to anyone.

Enjoyed our stay. First floor was great. Walked out of our patio to the pool with beach access. Condo layout was perfect with 3-BR and 3-baths. Would differently stay there again.

Good vacation

Great location. The condo was great except for a few improvements that I feel are needed. The toaster and stove are terrible, cooking with these was challenging. One of the bathrooms wasn't cleaned well. There was a cream substance was left on shower wall and a razor. Overall we had a great time and were able to laugh about the cooking experiences using the stove and toaster. Would stay here again if the kitchen was updated.

Beach visit

The property is older but well kept, it was exactly what we were looking for; ground floor, corner unit, patio area outside the unit was a short walk to the pool and the white sand beach. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets.

Location is Perfect..... Condo, Unit 108... not so great.

We have stayed in the unit before a LONG time ago. Probably would not stay in the particular unit again. Pros- The ground level by the pool & beach access is perfect! Parking is easy. Very convenient to stores, restaurants, etc. Kitchen is equipped with most of the essentials. Cons- Unit is VERY outdated! There were bugs & fruit flies in the kitchen the whole time we were there. TV’s did not work, there were a lot of DVD’s to watch but the DVD players did not work. Refrigerator was working but the bottom shelf was a piece of plywood that was cut to size, that was weird. The sliding door was always jammed up, needs to be replaced or fixed. The fire extinguisher cabinet right outside of the entry door would not stay closed, so we kept running into it. We had a great vacay time, but there could been less disappointment with this unit.

Tried and True

I started staying at Sunswept as a teen, over 20 years ago. My family loves it. I didn't feel it was as clean this time; however, I have stayed in more expensive places that weren't as clean or nice as this. I enjoy the family atmosphere and ease of access to familiar restaurants. I don't know how many times I have stayed in various units at Sunswept or how many times I have actually stayed in this exact unit, but the fact that we keep coming back should say something.
