The Alabama Getaway Vacation Rentals Team is committed to making sure you have the very best vacation possible!! We make check in super easy, onsite at the condo!! Someone from our staff personally checks your rental before your arrival to make sure everything is ready for you!! As one of our guests, you have access to us 24/7 should you need anything, have a question, or see something that needs our attention! We look forward to helping you have the most wonderful vacation possible!!!

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

* No pets allowed.
* Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security.
* No smoking allowed.

Parking passes are not included with your reservation. You will purchase parking pass(es) upon arrival onsite from the front desk. Parking restrictions do apply, please limit 2 vehicles during the busy seasons. Please contact us if you need offsite parking options. No oversized vehicles or trailers are permitted.

A relaxing fun break

Loved everything about the stay- a spacious comfortable condo and our 18 month old grandson really enjoyed the lazy river … maybe not even as much as all us adults though!!

Awesome place , clean , gave us option to book day before for 50% off ,which helped us out and had full day Saturday instead of 1/2. Beautiful views . Definitely would rent again

Our family spring break 2025

My family lives in Mobile, Alabama and we are frequent visitors to Phoenix on the Bay. When researching VRBO, I needed a three bedroom and we own a boat so I wanted something close to the watch and boat slips. When we arrived, we were not able to check in early, and that is completely understandable, although when we were told that our room was ready at 4 o’clock, it was not! We had to wait outside of the door another hour before we could finally get into the room because housekeeping was still there. Upon arrival into the room, we realized there was water coming from the freezer and we had to have two different air conditioner repair visits due to water running out of the unit. The rental managers were very understanding and apologetic and allowed us to check out a little later on our final day. After we overcame these hurdles, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this condo to anyone! We plan to visit again and will definitely look to see if this unit is available! Perfect location, perfect accommodations, great view!

A very comfortable stay!

We enjoyed every moment of our stay. The unit is so spacious, clean, and comfortable. The views are unbelievable and very relaxing. We felt at home and any/all communication was pleasant. We enjoyed our stay outside of the unit as well as on the premises, indoor pool, lazy river, sauna, gym and the private beach area. We are looking forward to returning soon.

We didn’t miss the beach at all!

We have stayed in many condos in gulf shores and orange beach. This was our first stay at Phoenix on the Bay and it was wonderful! This condo specifically had the most amazing view of the Bay.. pictures don’t do it justice. We have 3 small children but the condo and balcony were so spacious we never felt like we were on top of each other and they loved the pool and lazy river! We will definitely be staying here again! One of my favorite trips!

Great Memories Made!

We thoroughly enjoyed this condo. We vacation at POB several times a year. This condo has an amazing view! Bonus was watching the boats head through the pass for the Marlin Tournament. Also, viewed a beautiful fireworks show! Blessed to spend time with our family making memories.

This is our third time stay here we love this location. We bring our boat and love that we can keep an eye on it. The condo is nice. Could use a few more items in The kitchen maybe a crockpot. But overall very clean and well kept.

Christmas Vacation thru New Year’s Eve

The condo was a great place for the entire family! We enjoyed our coffee and breakfast on the balcony every morning. We watched dolphins play in the bay and saw several amazing sunsets and a breathtaking sunrise!

Family vacation/Birthday celebrations

We have stayed at Phoenix on the Bay many times. We love the location and the lazy River. This was the nicest condo we have stayed in there. Only a couple of issues, the balcony door in the master suite wouldn’t open and a barking dog woke us up every morning around 6:30.

Beach Get a way with grandchildren

We spent a short beach vacation with our grandchildren form West Virginia. The property was spotlessly clean and offered amazing views of the Bay. The children enjoyed the Lazy River and pool areas. The other guests were quiet and respectful. We are looking for a return soon

Would love to book this condo again!

We live in Orange Beach and booked this condo for our Wedding weekend. The location and views were amazing. I got my hair and makeup done in the condo and the lighting from the windows were perfect. Phoenix on the Bay is amazing. The only thing was you had to pay Phoenix on the Bay for each parking pass. It wasn't that big of a deal since it was communicated in the email but was just surprised because I'm not aware of other condos in the area that do this. Overall it was great and amazing!

Beautiful views and SO CLEAN!

We had an amazing week at this property. It was so clean, spacious, amazing views, and the pool area was a hit for my 3 kids. Close to everything in Orange Beach as well. Would definitely recommend and we will be back!!
