The master suite features a King in the master suite with a flat-screen TV and DVD player. The newly remodeled master bath has a large walk-in shower will dual shower heads and shower jets as well as a dual vanity. The 2nd bedroom features a King-sized bed, flat-screen TV, DVD player, and private bath. The 3rd bedroom has a Queen bed, flat-screen TV, DVD player and private access to the hall bath.

The unit also features high ceilings, tile floors throughout, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a wet bar with an ice maker, a sofa-sleeper, large flat-screen TV. There is also a full-sized washer and dryer and FREE WIFI on a secure and private network. The owner of this property has included complimentary beach chair rentals for your stay! Beach chair rentals are only available from March 1st- to October 31st.

Liquid Life has our commercial laundry care facility, which means all linens are washed in our high heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and to protect clean linens for every guest.

We also wash all linens in high-heat commercial washers and dryers to kill any germs and follow specialized processes to protect clean linens. As a final step, our professional inspectors follow our cleaning crew to ensure that every condo is clean and ready for your family and your guests to enjoy safely.

Regency Isle amenities include an outdoor pool, indoor heated pool, gazebo, grilling area, sauna, steam room, fitness center, activity room with a TV, and WiFi in every room.

PARKING PASSES
One parking pass is included with your reservation. You may purchase 1 additional parking pass by calling our office before arrival. There are a maximum of 2 passes allowed per reservation. The cost of parking is managed by the HOA for each complex and may change without advance notice.
