This complex has been closed for a year for renovations. The new Leilani is beautiful , updated and awesome. New pictures coming.

Leilani Condo is a Gulf front oversized 1 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath condo with pull out Queen sofa and and new chair with full twin bed. Newly updated and just steps from the beach. This is the 3rd condo complex east of the Perdido Pass (Alabama Point Bridge) which is next to a preserve. A low density complex with quiet beach front, 2 outdoor pools, indoor heated pool and access to Ole River for fishing, and swimming. The property on Ole River boat docks is restricted for owners only but great for fishing and swimming in addition to the beach front property.
Beach front chairs, umbrella and watercraft rentals are available on site.
Upon entry, the stunning view with floor to ceiling glass will take your breath away. Enjoy ocean breezes and dophins playing in the water every day.
A new fishing boardwalk has just opened at the Perdido Pass Bridge. Enjoy beaching, boating, and fishing. There are shops and restaurants close by.
NO key hassle - NO - waiting in line to get or return key. There is a lockbox on the outside of the condo.

Great location and view!

First, you need to understand that this is an older complex with a small parking lot and there were no luggage carts that we ever found. Aside from that, this was hands down the best host! Extremely friendly and fast to respond! The unit itself was clean, decorated nicely, had updated appliances and a new mattress which slept great! The location is perfect and you are right on top of the water! Very short walk to the beach chairs!

Great time!

This was the first time we’ve ever rented a condo and the first time we’ve been to Orange Beach and we loved both! Beautiful view from our balcony. Will definitely be coming back!

Mini vacation

Loved the location and unit was very clean. Had everything we needed in the way of dishes, cookware, etc though we didn’t cook. Outdoor pool was very nice. Property manager answered questions promptly and was very courteous. Only negative - Could use an interior upgrade. We had a great time!

Nice time

The location of the property is nice with great parking & short walk to the beach. Unfortunately, the unit had a “dirty” smell. We went to Walmart to get air fresheners to help. Also, the unit is dated and needs updating with furniture and rugs. Overall we had a nice stay but would book somewhere clean and updated next time.

Perfect location

Nice location directly looking out on the ocean from balcony. Condo could definitely use some updates- paint chipping on some walls, floor broken on balcony, rusted chair, broken table on balcony. Overall, great trip and beautiful area!

Short walk to Flora-Bama

The property was as listed. We were able to walk to Flora-Bama for lunch both days. There were beach chairs to rent if you don’t have your own. My only complaints were that AC did not keep room as cool as the thermostate said and it is suppose to have space for 2 vehicles, but it was luck that we were able to find room for 1. Once we found a parking spot we walked everywhere else so we didn’t get stuck without one. Overall it was a great stay and we would stay again if we are ever back in the area.

Everything you need for a beach trip!

We were pleasantly surprised by this rental. It is right on the main strip with the gulf right out the window. You are less than a mile from the Florabama line so whether you want to stay in Orange beach or ride to Pensacola it’s right there! Condo was more spacious than I expected it to be. Had spa tub in bathroom. Used the dryer several times to knock the damp off swim suit. Indoor and outdoor pool. Only a short walk down the ramp and you are on the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect condo for a couple’s beach getaway!

The property owner set the expectations high by her prompt responses to any questions. She maintained communication with us, offering any assistance for anything we may have needed or wanted. The condo was clean but not extravagant, but certainly homey! The location was fantastic!!! Away from crowds, and literally the closest condo to the ocean we have ever stayed in. This will be our first choice for any future stays without kids! Gail, the owner, is the best!

Unit and property was clean and kept up. The condo was comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with esential equipment to make a meal and coffee. The view of the Gulf was great, and easy short access to the beach. Overall great place.

Great Beach Access

Overall we loved the property! It has great beach access and a beautiful view sitting on the balcony. The only thing I would complain about is the bed in the bedroom was not very comfortable. Seemed like there was a hole in the middle and my husband and I would both end up in the hole by the next morning! Other then the bed everything was prefect and we would definitely stay here again!

My husband was going to Orange Beach to pick up a car. At the last minute, we decided to make it a weekend trip. This condo was available and Gail was awesome to work with us! The condo was clean and in a great location. We will definitely stay again!

We had a great time and really enjoyed the condo. Only a short walk to the beach which we really enjoyed. We had one issue with the lock on the door during our stay but Gail worked to get it resolved quickly. Would recommend to a small family/group for a beach trip.

Great Adventure

We enjoy our stay at this condo. The host Gail was a phone call away. Our patio overlooked the beach and my morning were spent there having coffee. Even on rainy days it was great. There was plenty to do around us so we stayed busy. I left some things in the condo and am still trying to get them from the cleaning people, but Gail has assured me I will get them. We will be back.
