"Fabelhaft, gut ausgestattet Hotel mit gemütlicher und angenehmer Atmosphäre. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Zusätzlich gab es Kuchen am Nachmittag, Kaffee/Tee rund um die Uhr und abends ein Buffet mit Salat, Suppe und einem warmen Gericht - sehr lecker."
"We booked this hotel for a one-night stay in late August 2026. As a family of four (two adults and two children), we stayed in a family room with two single beds and bunk beds. While the room was functional, it felt rather cramped once we added our luggage, which included two suitcases and two carry-on trolleys. For a short stay it was fine, but we would have found it uncomfortable for several nights.
On the positive side, breakfast was good, with a wide variety of options available and choices...
"Our rooms were very small. Booked for four people - two adults and two children. The double bed was pushed all the way against the wall, which meant the inside person had to crawl in from the foot end. With the bunk beds down, there were no space for luggage and barely enough space to squeeze by to use the bathroom. I will never again stay at this hotel."
"We had a lovely stay in this historic hotel. The top floor rooms have some headspace issues due to the dormers, but it was part of the charm. The hotel is in the middle of a renovation effort that did not impact our stay. The breakfast was very good, but the complementary dinner was a welcome add. The hotel is within easy walking distance to add of downtown Gjovik. We would definitely return!"
