"The view and the screened in porch were the best. Lots of mosquitoes at this time of year. Unit is wonderful. Clean, cozy, well equipped kitchen. Beautiful bathroom with a great shower and mattresses were really comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Can’t say enough good things. Looking forward to revisiting. "

"The house was perfect for a quiet, long weekend of fishing and relaxing. Smith Island is a unique get-away with a small town charm and welcoming residents who made us feel like home. The Pearl had everything we needed with comfortable accommodations given the relative seclusion of the island. Leigh and Chris were extremely responsive."

We have stayed at many rentals up and down the Eastern Shore as well as the Outer Banks and this was the cleanest house we have ever stayed in.
