"Our entire trip to Omaha was planned around this hotel - that's how much we love it! The room is luxurious & comfortable, we LOVE the food & drinks at Burdock + Bitters and their staff are attentive, courteous, and remembered us when we came back to eat there a second time! This was our 2nd stay here, I just booked our 3rd for January 2026... we'll never stay anywhere else in Omaha!"

"Parking was great with a parking garage option for free! Staff was super friendly and when I asked for more towels, they had them at the counter and didn't have to go back somewhere to get them! Room was great, bed comfy, shower and towels were good. Would definitely stay again!"

"Our room was older, but very charming, and a great size. There was a wedding going on at night, so we could not enjoy the patio area, but it looked very nice. Cookies and milk at night were a nice touch. There were not complimentary plush robes as pictured. Good location, friendly staff. Cute, fun place. Excellent restaurant for supper with great food and drinks. "
