Mostly good. When things go right, I barely think about it, when they go wrong, I make a list. So, there’s the 4. 1)Cleanliness- On first appearance, everything clean, on they 2nd night I moved to the other side of the bed and noticed that the inside of the wall lamp was filthy. It looked like someone had opened a coke that had been shaken. Sticky crap all over it and the surrounding walls. Called front desk to tell about it. 24 hours later, it hadn’t been cleaned. Told front desk and the clerk said, “mistakes happen .” No offer to immediately correct, no apology, just apparent apathy. I told him that housekeeping hadn’t replaced the previous night’s towels, he said, “you can come to the front desk and get them.” Isn’t there a process where front desk calls housekeeping, housekeeping addresses housekeeping issues? I guess front desk didn’t know/care about that process. Small thing, but irritating. 5 minutes later I walked into the hall and asked housekeeping to address these issues and they did so immediately. 2) I needed to add another night. Did online and confirmed I didn’t need to do anything else. When I returned, the key wouldn’t work. I took the key back to the front desk and told them and they said “YOU didn’t bring the key back to check in.” Little things. 3) Continental breakfast bar had cereal, but no bowls. I questioned the front desk and they confirmed “we have cereal, but no bowls.” No corrective action initiated nor suggested, just apathy. I’m sure >$ => c.s.
