"Both the island in general and this home in particular are both very sweet. It was a lovely place to spend a few days. We saw many deer, a pod of four orcas and just generally enjoyed our time there. I should add, the property is managed by Vacasa with all the downsides for guests that usually entails: dirty dishes were placed back on the shelves (yuck) and the paper goods (toilet paper, tissue, paper towel) are about as low quality as can possibly be purchased. "We really lucked out with this. Brillianr place. Only hiccup was trying to find it as sat nav misdirected us. In the end Bonnie drove out to find us which was really kind. Would recommend looking for the sign for Pack Rat Pat’s which is on the same turn off. Really good facilities, comfy beds, great shower, nice big kitchen (dishwasher, air fryer, big stove and fridge freezer, coffee maker), veranda with BBQ and views of the cows. Nice friendly dogs that come to greet you as you arrive. "

"Perfect location for our trips to Mt. Ranier, Mt. Saint Helens, Seattle and Olympic Park. We enjoyed our glass of wine every night out on the patio enjoying the water. My only challenges were the key pad entry and the light for the bathroom light. We really enjoyed it. "
