I don’t believe they have regular pest control abatement they claim as I grew up in this area my entire life and never had anything close to this issue. The ants infested a makeup bag which was left on the counter and our toothbrushes, which we had to throw away. The way the rules are written sounds like an overruling parent leaving a teenager alone in the house for a weekend, not...
