"I had my 3 sons stay over n my 4 th day tripped from nearby. The pool was a big hit especially with 5 grandkids 8 n under. Went to the town park n went fishing with my grandson. Visited BigPink n the lighthouse. Great time. Sami was very responsive to any questions I had. "

"My family and I had a great time at this property. Located on a beautiful property. Very relaxing and coordinating with the property owner was very easy. "

"The overall stay was very pleasant. The property was easy to find and the check process went smoothly. The cabin was very clean upon arrival and everything was as the host described it. The kitchen facilities were nice and spacious. While we didn’t cook much, it was nice to use for small meals. The bathroom was also neat and clean. "

"Clean with a nice hot tub and fire pit. Quiet area very relaxing with a nice out door area. Comfortable bed. Plenty of kitchenware to cook with. "

"Place is exactly how it looks! Great location between New Paltz, Kingston, Woodstock. We unfortunately had inconsiderate neighbors that forced us leave early, but Frank was incredibly gracious and made it up to us. Would stay again. "

"The process was easy. Owner was responsive. The place was clean and well stocked. Charming decor and relaxing outdoor spaces. Perfect for a weekend retreat. We enjoyed time on the deck which we like to say had “treehouse vibes” and in the spa. Loved walking up the road with the dog to see the views of the reservoir. "

"Had a wonderful time staying in this lovely home. Four bright bedrooms and three contemporary bathrooms. Comfortable and secluded nestled in the woods among natural habitats which you can enjoy from the large deck! Lots to do in the area including plentiful restaurants! Highly recommend and definitely would return again!"

"Needed a quiet place to get away and focus on developing some business processes and this was an excellent choice. Only regret is that I never made it into the sauna. "

"Very quaint bungalow, feels like staying at grandma’s. Fun and quirky decor. I stayed here while my family was camping in Big Indian. We grabbed the bnb as a backup in case weather (or child) didn’t cooperate and were happy to have this as lovely home base. The sweet host reached out a couple of times to make sure all was well "
