"Fantastic property in Cape Coral. We unfortunately battled Tropical Storm Betty but still managed to squeeze in a lot of hot tub & pool time. Close to Fort Meyers Beach & Sanibel Island, our other favs. Would definitely come back! "

"This property is amazing, from the moment you walk in you notice the amazing lake views and cleanliness. Communication with the property manager was fast and efficient. The property has everything you will need. My family loved the house layout and pool and hot tub. I would highly recommend this house for a quiet peaceful getaway."

"Lots of room for the family to relax while enjoying our stay. Took advantage of the hot tub and pool area. Played many games with ping pong and billiards tables. Short drive to Sanibel Island or Fort Myers beaches. Everyone had fun! House had everything we needed and more. Thank you to our host! Would definitely recommend visiting !"

"Beautiful home with great space!! We loved the pool and outdoor areas. We were in town for a baseball tournament every field was close and easy to get to. We will definitely be back! "

"Outside impression was a little iffy, the yard was in need of mowing and the bushes a little overgrown. They did mow and trim the bushes so it looked better. The inside was really nice and clean, aside from the tiny piss ants. The other thing was the blue tarps hanging halfway on the roof and hanging in the back by the pool. WE would definitely stay there again."

"Wonderful house and a good location. The pool area outside was the best part of this house but overall it was an amazing house and a relaxing stay. The house is owned by out of the country owners but the local host was responsive and available. The only issue with the house was the cameras located in the pool area that gave a sense of intrusion on our families privacy. I certainly understand the need for security especially when the house is not occupied but the fixed cameras all around the...

"This house was perfect. The location was in a very quiet neighborhood. The house is incredibly spacious and welcoming. The house has everything you needed. The location was great as well. We paddle boarded right off the doc through the neighborhood and saw all the beautiful houses and it took us right out to the gulf and we posted up at a small little beach. Next time we will rent a boat! It was lovely and very clean and well kept. The only one small thing is the pool gets pretty full of gnats....

"Our second time staying at Matt’s place. He totally renovated it and it’s a Ben better than before which is hard to accomplish. An amazing entertainment home with killer views. We did all the cooking for our 4 night stay and anything you needed was there. Bed were comfortable and all the electronics worked flawlessly. Outdoor sound system was great!We will be back as the entire group of family loved our stay. "
