"Pool area was nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. The unit was in dire need of improvements and not cleaned well. The balcony would’ve been more inviting had it had a pretty rug, decor, and comfortable furniture. The bedroom carpet was thin and stained. Walls were in bad shape. "Our entire family was absolutely thrilled with this property! With a group of 11, we found the space to be more than accommodating- plenty of room to gather together, as well as quiet spots to retreat to when needed.We chose to prepare most of our meals at the penthouse and were pleasantly surprised by how well-equipped the kitchen was. It had everything we needed- including cookware, utensils, and even a warming drawer, which we really appreciated for keeping meals hot until everyone was ready...

"This place is absolutely phenomenal! We enjoyed fishing off the pier. We even saw manatees! The pool is perfect. The location was convenient to everything that we wanted to do. "Aside from the fact that this is an old house located in an old neighborhood with quirky one-way streets having odd angles, we appreciated the charm, comfort, and cleanliness. There is a nearby Publix for stocking up on necessities. As a surprise bonus, the backyard is a beautiful little oasis! The listing pictures and descriptions were accurate, and Michael was very responsive to our messages. Overall, we were happy to stay here. "
