This has to be the Best looking house in Old Orchard Beach! Our Beach house is so close to the Ocean you can smell the salty air off the water and you can see and hear the waves crashing. This 3 story home is ideal for families and friends reuniting and spending either a long weekend together off-season or a week together during the height of the summer season. Located on a quiet, serene cul-de-sac street that leads on to Maine's best hidden treasure The beach! Only 15 Minutes from Downtown Portland, and 90-120 minutes from Downtown Boston! It is extremely easy to get to. Our Open floor plan makes for a very relaxing visit. I highly recommend watching the video we recently uploaded so you can take a tour of the house, the patio, back yard. and the main living area inside the house on the ground floor. The Living room leads out to a large patio and garden. It comfortably seats 6-8 people. Alongside the living room is the open Kitchen. It looks out to the spacious living room and dining room areas. It offers state of the art appliances with a large, long island for 8 or more people to sit around. The new dining room table sits 10 people. There is an additional seating area off of the dining room with a comfortable couch and chairs with a large gas fireplace making this area very cozy! Newly installed, Italian, country style outdoor dining table with pergola awning above offering afternoon shade. Beautiful, large balcony on the 2nd floor offers a gorgeous sea view, while the quaint 3rd floor balcony has a more intimate feeling for two chosing to star gaze over a glass of wine. From here you can clearly see all of Old Orchard Beach, Ocean Park, Biddeford Pool, Pine Point, Scarborough Beach, & Cape Elizabeth. Our beautiful fenced-in yard faces the quiet road - A landscaped stone pathway leads from the large patio to the gate that you access for the Beach. Outdoor patio furniture includes sun beds and table and chairs, gas fireplace & grill with comfortable sofa and chairs. Built-in hot tub - seats 10 & private, outdoor shower. Comfortably sleeps at least 24 guests with 1 master suite bedroom on the first floor - King Size Bed (memory foam mattress); 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor - 2 Queen Size Beds, plus a dorm-like bedroom with 9 single bunks beds, plus a bonus living room area with a queen size bed and three additional couches; a large master bedroom suite on the 3rd floor with King Size Bed, additional bedroom offers 3 single beds, plus bonus living room on 3rd floor. 6 bedrooms in total. Bathrooms on each level. Washer/dryer located in bathroom on 2nd floor.
There is ample of storage space in all bedrooms for clothes, suitcases etc. With walk in closets and large closets. Kids bicycles, table tennis table, skee ball, beach chairs, beach toys and games, beach towels, linens, Wifi and more.... Free Parking available alongside house, up to a maximum of 6 vehicles. Less than 1 mile from quaint downtown area filled with shopping, amusements, restaurants.

Common questions:

Can I walk into town from this property?
Yes, of course. The downtown area of Old Orchard Beach is only 1/3 mile. One can easily walk along the beach to the pier and up the main street. Or one can walk along West Grand Ave. It too is a nice walk with safe sidewalks on either side of the street.

Do you rent in the off-season? fall, winter and early Spring time?
Yes. We rent our property year round. Popular off-season dates include Columbus day weekend, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years' Eve, Valentine's day, Easter, Memorial Day weekend.

What is the weather like in Old Orchard Beach, Maine in May, June, July, August & September, October? Typical temperatures are as follows:
May: mid 70's
June: mid to high 70's
July: mid 80's
August: low to mid 80's
September: mid to high 70's
October: mid to high 60's

Is it too cold to enter the sea in the summertime?
Absolutley not! beach goers are in the ocean throughout the summer. In mid July 2021 the ocean temperature reached 74 degrees!

Can I book this property to host an event?

I am not sure what the final number of guests will be. I understand above 12 guests you charge $50 per person per night. Can I let you know what the final number will be closer to the date of my booking?
Yes, absolutely. This is very common. As soon as friends or family members see photos of the beachfront property their busy schedule often times opens up, and they wish to come along.

I am trying to book for next summer but I cannot locate any available dates why is this?
We have opened our calendar to accept new bookings for the summer of 2026. We accept Saturday to Saturday reservations only from the middle of June through the beginning of September with a 7 night minimum stay. If these dates do not work for you and your guests we recommend booking alternative dates in May, June, September or October as Old Orchard Beach is just as beautiful in the late Spring / early summer / late summer & early fall, or booking one of our other beach properties


If there are any issues on the property, who do I contact and how quickly are you able to resolve these issues? All guests are given my personal cell phone. Should there be any major problem inside the house I ask guests to contact me right away. I will be sure to address any issue as expeditiously as possible.
