Indulge in ocean views from the largest residential rooftop deck in OOB (1800 sqft), equipped with lounge seating for all and a 7 person hot tub that stares at the water. After relaxing and boiling lobster, walk 25 steps to the best beach in Maine with the provided beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach wagon (don’t forget the boogie boards). After catching some sun, rinse the sand off your feet with the outdoor heated shower, and unwind in the 2024 renovated Bliss Beach House. Enjoy the spacious layout with friends or family, or retreat to one of the six bedrooms each equipped with premium linens and smart TVs. Everyone in your party will be comfortable with a total of 13 beds if you include the 2 premium memory foam queen sleeper sofas and top end air mattresses. Explore the wrap around decks, which are directly accessible from multiple bedrooms, and take your pick of any of the many comfortable lounging options with the potential to doze off to the crashing sounds of the Atlantic Ocean. 2 private spaces are yours and a garage can house 2-3 cars depending on size. Amazing! Located in OOB’s Bedroom Resort District (OOB’s best kept secret) the beach is very private as there are only single family homes, with no public parking or bathrooms. Watch the pier madness from your oasis, or stroll downtown when feeling lively, being .03 miles from town center! Our stay at this beautiful home was everything we could have imagined . One minute path to the beach , 10 walk to the pier board walk . Each room was very nicely decorated comfy very spacious ,felt like I was home. Parking was very accommodating , the scenery on top deck was amazing . I would love to come back for more years to come to make it a tradition. The owner was amazing , patient and very kind .

We loved our stay at the Bliss Beach House! The sky deck provided a huge area to relax, enjoy the view and even had a hot tub. The kitchen was spacious with plenty of seating and had everything we needed for our stay. Jason was great with communication before and during our stay.

Beautiful house steps from the beach. Perfect for our big family! Amazing views from the rooftop of sunrise and sunset of the beach and the fireworks on Thursday! Beds were comfy too! All the amenities we needed!! Very clean! Would definitely recommend!!!

The home was dirty. I had to clean and wipe things down. Dirt and stains on blankets, curtains, counters, refrigerator, ceilings, and walls. Something that resembled dried blood on 2nd floor bathroom door. Underwear on top roof deck, someone’s socks under 1st floor bed. Hot tub with cloudy water, washer and dryer full of laundry. Decks all with major need of repairs, paint peeling in numerous places, broken railings, obvious water damage in the home. The house has huge potential to be great, but needs A-LOT of attention and repair. It has a great location and roof deck could be great except finding someone’s underwear there when we arrived as well as needs repairs. The house had an awful smell to it. We asked for a partial refund due to all of these issues. We were promised this partial refund by the owner, but still after a month, we have not received any type of refund or compensation for the inconvenience we went through and unable to use advertised amenities due to the state the house was in.

40th Birthday Weekend!

Celebrating (2) of my closest friends 40th birthday and we stayed at this lovely home! Great setup for a larger group - plenty of room for everyone! Jason was absolutely wonderful communicating with from start to finish and would definitely recommended! The kitchen drawers, cabinets and broom closet could use some cleaning & organizing and the overall was very clean and accommodating! The hot tub was broken upon arrival and Jason did a great job of communicating. We were only there for the one night as a large group so not the end of the world! I would definitely book this location again in the future!

The property served its purpose . We enjoyed the roof deck. Situated in a very tight spot, surroundings were overcrowded and just ok. I guess it is a good beach house or accommodations for the younger generation. Missing basics in the kitchen, closets were jammed full of disorganized mess. Cleaners missed cleaning the roof deck so there was trash and debris left behind. Overall the host tried to accommodate us but it was disingenuous. For the money charged and paid, I would be extremely hard pressed to recommend it. It is a large rental with lots of bedrooms but it needs some TLC

1.    Floors not cleaned. Sand, dirt, etc.       2.    Poop in the first-floor bathroom stool.       3.    Questionable whether carpets vacuumed.       4.    Some doors don’t shut.....one bedroom upstairs.       5.    Screen with a big hole in near the small dining room area.       6.    No fire extinguisher.       7.    Kitchen pantry….full of crap. Disgusting. 8.   Pigeons living in the garage that has no garage doors. Pigeons appear to live/nest at the entrance as they are flying around our heads as we are trying to get into the building.       9.    Entrance a total mess with material and a bucket of something stacked up under the stairs to the roof.       10.   1/2 roll of toilet paper total in the building.       11.    Ice cube trays empty.       12.    No remote control for the room at the front entrance. Jason, bottom line……very disappointed in the place. The place needs to have some serious work done to it…..obvious you are doing next to nothing on investing, maintaining, etc. Your VRBO pictures are not representative of what the unit looks like/offers.

Perfect location! Steps from the Beach and within walking distance of the town. Also a good view of the fireworks from rooftop deck if you want to avoid the crowds!

Honest review

Great location right on the beach with some views of the water, and also walkable to the Main Street area. Loved being able to take a walk on the beach in the mornings. Everyone agreed that it was a cute place (some cute modern decor and such) however it was in need of some maintenance issues/and the cleanliness wasn’t up to a high standard. None of the issues warranted an immediate phone call or any red flag issues(example 2nd floor bathroom lock not working). Had some difficulty with early check in.

Nice getaway; great location

First, I would like to give a 4.5 score but can only choose the whole numbers. This location and property is better than a 4 star review but has a couple things that could make the stay better. Communication was great and location is impeccable. The rooftop deck gives gorgeous views that would only be enhanced Spring-Fall. There are some minor blemishes on the inside, nothing that isn't normal in any home. The reading nook with bean bag chairs next to the windows is a fantastic spot. There are a couple boards on steps that are a bit loose, a post cap of the main stairwell that falls off and the main doors you enter don't feel secure. I think they could be tightened up with additional strong framing. Overall, we enjoyed it and would stay again - likely looking in the April/May time frame when we could spend even more time on the nearby ocean.

Quiet house by the beach

Spacious palace

Pros and cons one Gram Street I will start with the cons because there’s not that many. The common room outside the bunkhouse room I would add living room furniture it would be utilized a lot more. Secondly 4 PM check ins you’re paying for that Saturday it would be nice to be in no later than 2 PM. The pros spacious spacious house beds very comfortable water pressure excellent ocean views from the upper deck priceless. You can see the Thursday night fireworks from that deck. The kitchen has everything you need from knives to cutting boards pots pans hall utensils.

Awesome vacation experience

This beach house was amazing . It was clean and very spacious. Had everything you’d need to stay comfortably with a large family or group of people. Many bedrooms with comfortable beds and pillows. 2 nice bathrooms with clean towels !! You can see the ocean from the side decks . Has an amazing roof top lounge with patio furniture and a grill . You can see the ocean and has a great view of Old orchard beach and The Pier . The owner is very friendly and helpful and quick to respond to messages and calls . Would highly recommend this beach house for a large family or big group of people. Was worth every penny. Will definitely stay here again in the future.
