Beautiful ocean view home in Old Orchard Beach!

Welcome to Sea Pines! Only a short walk to the beach from this spacious three-bedroom two bath retreat on a private in-town pine tree wooded lot with fence, that gives you lots of privacy for bbq’s and toasting marshmallows in the fire pit. Enjoy your morning coffee, and sunsets from the beautiful ocean view rooftop deck. This home has everything you could want from an ocean vacation in Maine. And has large driveway for parking. We have everything you need to just come relax and enjoy!

Two of the bedrooms have queen size beds, the third bedroom has two twin beds and a pullout trundle twin bed under one of the twin beds. The living room couch can be used as an eighth sleeping spot.

The yard is fenced with lots of pine trees for rare privacy to enjoy the fire pit with firewood and chairs. Also has a propane grill, and outdoor table and chairs to enjoy private backyard barbecues.

Also has large private driveway for plenty of parking. There is a deck with ocean views and some outdoor furniture.

Has everything that is needed. Bath towels, and linens, kitchen with all utensils and dishes. Pots and pans, blender, mixer, coffee maker etc.

There some games and 3 smart televisions for rainy days.

Also included: beach towels, chairs, a few beach toys, and a beach wagon to carry gear.
