"Room was not tidy for 3 people. There was a sofa bed that we opened up and put a sheet on, and thankfully we had a blanket in the car... we had to ask for a towel too. Very good breakfast, good shower, very nice pool. Attentive staff. Proper cleaning."

We had an issue on our first night but the staff did their best to deal with it. Fortunately this was resolved. Breakfast was great, excellent quality and a good selection. "The hotel is well located in the city centre, which makes it convenient for a short stay. The room was clean and the heater worked properly. However, there’s no fridge to store food items, and Wi-Fi is NOT provided. In addition, there are only two power outlets in the room, which can be inconvenient if you need to charge several devices such as phones, tablets, power banks, or laptops. "Lovely hotel, absolutely stunning. The staff were all very friendly and couldn’t do enough. Our room was in Rock House, a little annex and really comfortable and had every facility we could want. Just a ten minute walk into Grange-over-Sands. "

The only minor issues we found, was the room was extremely cold on arrival, however the room had its own thermostat which we were able to increase and quickly warm up the room. The automatic lights in the toilet and wash area were inconvenient in the middle of the night but easy to block out by closing...
