Welcoming studio flat with spacious veranda and shared swimming pool in the heart of Porto Rotondo, just a few minutes from the wonderful beaches of the Costa Smeralda.



The apartment, just a stone's throw from the swimming pool, located on the first floor accessible on foot, opens onto a short corridor leading to the living/sleeping area. Guests will immediately find the equipped hidden kitchenette, then the sleeping area with double bed, TV unit and wardrobe. From here, through a French door, it is possible to access the spacious air-conditioned veranda overlooking the garden, equipped with closable glass panels and furnished with a dining table, sofa and comfortable chairs. The layout is completed by a bathroom with shower.



*The shared swimming pool is open from 15 June to 15 September, during the following hours 10-13 16-19. The use of a swimming cap may be required.

Diamond of Gallura, Porto Rotondo is considered one of the most exclusive places in Sardinia and throughout Italy. It is indeed a holiday destination for celebrities who stay in the facilities developed around the village, dating back to 1964, in an area that extends from the Gulf of Cugnana to that of Marinella. The reference point is the well-equipped tourist marina with 800 berths, but art and architecture also have fundamental importance for this locality inspired by Venice, whose houses with flowering terraces overlook the charming alleyways leading to Piazzetta San Marco.
