The advantageous position allows not only to enjoy maximum privacy but to move to the Costa Smeralda and the most suggestive beaches in a short time.
The positioning allows you to enjoy a 360-degree view from above of the entire coast.
On one side Olbia its port and its city center and on the other the small archipelago of Mortorio and the lush coves, satisfy the view and highlight its privileged position with sea view as far as the eye can see.
Immersed in a protected spot, the property develops harmoniously between the gently rising hill hiding in the vegetation.
Outside there are two parking places covered by a wooden roof.
The main structure boasts details between the rustic and the classic chic without neglecting the harmonious details typical of Sardinian culture rigorously preserved. The wooden beams on the high ceilings and the brick floors are the recurring feature of the whole property.
The kitchen area has two cooking stations and two tables. A view of the basin area of the Mortorio archipelago and of a very large space defining it livable despite the adjacent living room with glass table and fireplace that make this side of the Villa easily usable for both lunch and dinner. The kitchen and the living room have crockery and utensils typical of the Sardinian ceramics culture and necessary kitchen tools as well as the dishwasher.
The laundry supplied included in a room inside the kitchen, has a washing machine and is necessary for ironing.
Going up a wide staircase the first semi-level of the Villa hosts a small bathroom and immediately the Living Room with Fireplace and sofas, delicate and refined furnishings. A Door Window gives the view on one of the habitable terraces that lead directly to the verandas and the patio.
A rustic wooden table will give dinners or lunches with views of Olbia and the promontory. Going up a wide staircase you will come directly to the first floor dedicated to the sleeping area. 3 double bedrooms, one of which is a master bedroom with terrace and access to the patio with jacuzzi and a bathroom, another with a bunk bed in addition to the double bed, and the third with a double bed and terrace, offering very comfortable 8 beds.
An extra large bathroom furnished with Sardinian ceramics like the other two, equipped with shower and spacious furniture.
The exterior, slightly developed uphill completely paved and with luxuriantly manicured flowerbeds, accompany the path to the patio with heated whirlpool jacuzzi, outdoor shower and wooden veranda with linen awning.
The priceless view of the gulf will give you unforgettable moments.
Among the greenery, the dependance with additional outdoor shower, patio with table, houses a double bedroom, a bathroom and a living room with extra double sofa bed. The working kitchen gives added value more privacy to the slightly secluded structure.
One of our collaborators will take care of the details and the incumbent needs during your stay. If necessary, he will wait for you at the port or at the Olbia airport to take you to the Villa.
Cleaning services are included in the price of the stay once a week, together with the change of linen included for each room and bathroom ad personam.
A service on request Extra for cleaning if necessary, will be guaranteed and organized during the stay according to need for a cost of 12 € per hour
