The villa is completely autonomous and independent, with private entrance and parking.
It includes two bedrooms with double beds and bathroom; a large attic with double bed and a single bed, with bathroom; kitchen; dining room; large living room with fireplace area and a secluded corner where one/two more people can sleep (queen size bed); a large terrace with barbecue, a large table and built-in sofas; a second terrace overlooking the park; two large tables in the garden; TV; WiFi; air conditioning in the 3 bedrooms.

We are always committed to making improvements both inside and outside, trying to respect the choices made by those who built, furnished and lived in the house for a long time.

The large outdoor park with garden is well equipped and enjoys the natural vegetation of the place, full of mastic trees and centuries-old olive trees, where you can spend hours relaxing sunbathing on the loungers or lying in the hammocks listening to the music of nature, smelling its scents and in the almost total darkness admiring the stars. Two large granite tables allow you to eat outside in the shade of the olive trees.

An enchanting place, kept with care but at the same time respecting nature, ideal for those who still manage to feel happy and lucky to see a turtle or a blackbird and are not alarmed by the sight of a gecko or an anthill.
