"Everything you need is there to make your stay memorable. Location to Kaiapoi, Rangiora, Christchurch and surrounds perfect. Airport only 17 mins away. Us Ozzie's found it a bit cold around April with Temps around 3⁰C at night and 15⁰C in the daytime. After we worked out the generous heating appliances supplied in the house. All was fine. Although an electric blanket or two would have not gone amiss."

"The property was extremely nice and comfortable and is also kept very clean and well looked after.It had everything available to use including a washing/dryer combo which came in handy to have clean fresh towels Parking wasn’t an issue. Plenty of off street parking.We would definitely consider staying again on our next visit to Christchurch It’s the perfect place too stay"

"The property is small but that’s ok - the photos in the listing tell you that. It’s also in a great location, super handy for the University. And best of all it’s really clean. The kitchen is well appointed - yay, actual knives that work. The little outside area is cute and everything inside and out was easy to use. "

"We loved the house it was warm and perfect size for our family. Really disappointed that there was no milk in the fridge when we got there, there was no pepper and no handee towels. No condiments whatsoever. We are a kiwi family who live in the states and we visit family regularly- time is always against us as we are catching up with so many family. I found it odd there wasn’t even pepper let alone peanut butter in the cupboard. Happy to take 1400 off us for a couple of nights but not...

"Great location bus from the airport dropped us at the door. Heating already on when we areived which was great as it was cold outside. Always happy staying here"

"Beautifully located next to Mt Richardson DOC area with lots of forest walks at your doorstep. The property is huge and great for adventures for little kids (away from screens). The house is warm and beautifully recently decorated. Comfortable beds and nice bedding. There is no internet available and therefore no smart TV access (not necessarily a bad thing but notable). Would love to stay again in the summer months. "

"This tiny house was perfect for our short stay on a long trip from Nelson to MT Cook. The beach, just a short walk down the path, was incredible. The house had a comfortable bed and bathroom, and the sound of waves lulled us to sleep."

"Had a great stay here with my partner and our dog over Xmas. Liz was very accomodating and we had everything we needed for the week we were here. Highly recommend!"

"Great location, close enough to dip into Chch if wanted, but perfectly positioned to enjoy all North Canterbury has to offer, with wineries, rivers and beaches, a stones through away. Positioned in the heart of a friendly community with plenty of Cafe and dinning options within walking distance. Loved the private deck and backyard along with the bonus of the pool table for some friendly family competition. Highly recommend - great character!"

"We stayed here with our kids cycling team. Great space when you have a big group. The extra living space was perfect for the teens. There is a bit of noise from the airport and road.Will definitely stay here again."

"The Hosts were very kind and considerate to meet our needs and questions, the tiny home is well set out and practical to stay in, it was warm and clean and had everything we needed while staying there Our hosts were lovely to talk to and made us feel very welcome With Gratitude thanks"

"This house made our holiday just perfect! Every room in the house was perfectly furnished, the couches were huge and comfortable, spot on for our family of 8 plus two more adults. The kitchen had EVERYTHING, catered for our number of people. All the appliances worked really well. The heating was fast and efficient. The beds were hotel quality and all the linen was 100% cotton, which personally is a sign of great hosting. The bathrooms were immaculate with fantastic showers with amazing water...

"Reservei escolhendo pra pagar na propriedade, mas às 10am debitaram o pagamento do meu cartão, sem minha autorização! Eu ainda não havia chegado no local e o check-in só começaria às 15h!! Não aceitam pagamento em dinheiro, só cartão e, mesmo assim, adicionam taxa de uso de cartão de crédito. Só util pela proximidade com aeroporto e opções de alimentação por perto. A cama era extremamente dura e os travesseiros vazios. Ao invés de descansar você sai com o corpo moído. Deixamos a chave na caixinha da portaria 9:35am, pois não havia ninguém na recepção pro checkout. Outras pessoas também ficaram lá sem saber o que fazer na recepção... Espero que não haja mais problemas!"
