After a day of exploring Christchurch, retreat to this secure and comfortable family home. Less than 10 minutes drive from the CBD a stylish, sun soaked home awaits you. Behind the electric gate and fully fenced section is a beautifully renovated single level home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is plenty of off street parking, even room for the campervan or caravan should you require it. Kids (and adults) of all ages will love the huge separate playroom, trampoline and basketball hoop.
The master bedroom has a luxurious Super King bed, ample wardrobe storage, a private deck area and large tiled ensuite with underfloor heating. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds, a huge built-in wardrobe, a bookshelf filled with books and a toy box. The third bedroom is a calm sanctuary with a comfy Queen bed and built in wardrobe. The living room has a double sofa bed and there is a porta cot on site.
The main bathroom is tiled with underfloor heating and in easy reach of the bedrooms. Bathrooms include: Toilet paper, Tissues, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Hand Soap
The house has ducted heating so every room can be warmed or cooled depending on your requirements.
Non-shedding pets are welcome inside. You don’t have to leave your fur baby behind when on holiday. The property is fully fenced, as well as the backyard being separately fully fenced so they can’t get into the driveway. Please make sure to clean up any pet mess.
Kitchen and dining areas are open plan with room for everyone. The large dining table seats 8 people and 4 counter stools surround the ample island bench. Perfect for those wine and cheese nights! - High chair on site.
Chefs will delight in cooking with the 90cm induction cooktop, combination microwave/oven and separate oven. There is also a filtered water and instant boiling water tap. Don't feel like cooking but do feel like enjoying your peaceful sanctuary? Uber eats will have tasty hot food delivered from local restaurants in no time.
The kitchen includes all essential items plus: Rice Cooker, Blender, Toastie maker, Nespresso machine, Paper towels, Salt, Pepper, Oil.
There are 3 x gated secure off-street carparks. Accessible parking, ramp entry, Step free path to entry, guest entrance is wider than 81cm.
A Bus stop is a 1 minute walk away, this gives you direct access to and from the CBD without having to worry about parking.
Kids (and adults) of all ages will love the huge separate playroom. It has a foosball table, PlayStation 2 with games, dart board and a number of board games. Create some great memories here! There is also a basketball hoop, skateboard/scooter ramp and large spring-free trampoline.

Our linens are professionally cleaned in at 70°C – 83°C, the wash temperatures are higher than the standard required for thermal disinfection, giving a superior wash quality and requiring lower chemical use.
There is a Spring-free Trampoline available to use as your own risk. Please take precautions and have no more than 2 people on it at a time. We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and our lovely neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us. Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Only non-shedding breeds of dog are allowed inside. Please make sure to pick up any pet mess from around the section. Extra cleaning due to pet fur and/or our cleaners having to pick up dog poo will cost $200.
Please ensure all board games, books and toys are returned to where they were found. It is unfair for our cleaners to have to tidy these up.
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance, otherwise we can not guarantee this additional service.
Smoking is prohibited inside the property or near open windows/doors. Any damages or extra cleaning/smell removal caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee.
We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning of excess mess will be charged at $60 per hour. Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
