PARKING: One garage parking space is available for your use as well as two parking spots are available in front of garage.

If you would like to request an early check-in, please feel free to reach out to us on the day of your arrival around 10 AM. We'll verify the status of our previous guests to ensure their departure before we can confirm your request. Additionally, please note that an early check-in or late check-out fee may apply for this option.

PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A $250 FEE PER OCCURRENCE FOR BREAKING ANY OF THE FOLLOWING HOUSE RULES:
NO SMOKING in the unit... cigarettes, marijuana, or otherwise! Do not throw butts on ground outside! Do not use vape pens, incense, or candles.
NO PARTIES. NO EXCEPTIONS. I love parties, just not here.
QUIET HOURS are 9:00pm to 7:00am.
NO MOVING furniture or artwork.

Also, if you aren’t from Oklahoma I want to assure you that there will be a rodent or ants and other things coming into the homes at one point of your stay so please let us know and we will spray. We won’t be able to do a refund for that as it is typical thing happening. We want to assure you know it before you book.
