The space
It is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath. There is also a bonus living space with a pull-out couch. The house sleeps 2 in the king bed in the primary bedroom, 3 in the back bedroom, and 2 in the front bonus living space. We also have a roll-away twin in the closet. It sleeps 8 in total. In the bonus living room there is a foosball table! The house also comes with a cool outdoor space equipped with a solo stove wood burning fire place and outdoor cooking grill. There is a washer/ dryer on site. The property is located in an up and coming area that is very close to OU medical and downtown/ capital area.

Guests will have the entire property to themselves.
Other things to note
The property is located in an urban area. Occasionally you will see people walking around outside like any other downtown area. We have outdoor cameras on the property as well as an alarm system.
