"Really beautiful lodge, large cosy room, great hot tub, pool table, lots of games..very substantial homemade breakfasts, always with muffins or something which made for easy snacks later. Friendly and accommodating host:). Recommend!"

"The toilet paper was like sandpaper and I’m a 65 year old women with long nails, I couldn’t flush the toilet because it had the push buttons on the top and my fingers would not fit to push the buttons down. I had to use the toilet paper roll holder bar to flush toilet. The king bed only had two pillows instead of 4. They had no ice because the desk guy decided to clean it and shut it off and didn’t bag any for the guests."

"1st room was ok, kitchen equipment pots and pans were lacking. But passable. We switched for a smaller less expensive kitchenette and it was absolutely horrible. The kitchen pots were disgusting would never cook on them. And the smell of the room was nasty couldn't stay in that room. They did let us change rooms and the 3rd was slightly better not as run down. But AC was very loud. No hot water yo shower at 6pm or at 9am the next day. And not sound proof at all. "Very clean and fresh. Has a nice pool and hot tub. Only issue is coffee machines dont work in many rooms, so people were lining up in the lobby coffee machine."

"Stayed here many times, clean, cheap and friendly staff. Great for Lake Country and Kelowna trips. Smart TVs are good, refrigerator and microwave provided. The room AC's are old and super noisy. Will be back again."

"We had an amazing time at the hotel. The whole loft idea is great. Rooms are spacious and clean. We used pretty much all the amenities: pool, hot tub, games room, EV charger, even the ice machine. Zero issues. They all worked pretty well. The highlight of our stay was how friendly and helpful the staff is, from check-in to check-out. Thanks for the amazing experience!"

"First of all, they demand a $300 cash deposit just to get into a room. For a budget motel, that is completely unreasonable and feels incredibly sketchy. When you finally get past the front desk, the room is disgusting. The cleanliness is non-existent—stained floors, an outdated smell, and it clearly hadn't been properly scrubbed down before I arrived. It felt completely unsanitary to even sit on the bed.
