Okanagan Falls Beauty

Check in was easy. The suite is very large and comfortable. Especially the King Bed. The pool was amazing with beautiful views. Nicki and Paul were very thoughtful and left us so many nice welcome surprises.Will return.

Spectacular stay

There is nothing I could wish this property had that it didn’t. Anything you could think of was already thought of and included. The property is gorgeous, the view was great, the pool was amazing and the host was super kind.

Very clean, comfortable property with nice welcoming touches. We didn't receive check in information until we were there the day-of and had to ask for it. The property management number was going direct to voicemail but they were available via messaging. As this is in a lower suite in the house, expect to hear some noise from above.

Amazing stay at this property. Better than expected. Super relaxed with everything top notch. Lounging by salt water pool was perfect after a busy day in the Okanagan. Secluded and bit farther from Penticton. Close to the Okanagan Falls wineries. Great spot to recharge.

Glass of wine poolside

The property was beautiful, and the hosts, Nikki and Paul, were absolutely delightful—so kind and welcoming. The pool was a lovely feature; we enjoyed starting our day with a few laps and winding down in the evening with a glass of wine while cooling off. The view was breathtaking and truly unforgettable.It’s conveniently located near vineyards, just 10 minutes from Skaha Park and close to downtown, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and secluded. If you’re looking for a quiet, scenic getaway—not right in town but still easily accessible—this is a perfect spot for a couple or a trip with a friend. Highly recommended!

First visit to Okanagan Valley

We just returned from a very relaxing, quiet and restorative few days at Nicki’s B&B. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, spacious and we felt immediately “at home” in this welcoming location. The pool was amazing as were the views. A total bonus was our encounter with the Big Horn sheep on our first day; so exciting. Will definitely revisit this destination - highly recommend!

Charming and Peaceful Suite – Great Hosts, Some Mobility Challenges

We recently stayed at this beautiful B&B and truly enjoyed our time there. The suite was lovely—tastefully decorated, spotless, and very comfortable. The peaceful setting made for a perfect, relaxing stay. Paul and Nicki were gracious and thoughtful hosts, and we appreciated their warm hospitality.There are a couple of things future guests may want to be aware of. Accessing the suite does involve stairs—about 15 on one side, and at least 10 plus a walk over uneven flagstone and rocks on the other. The listing mentioned “a few stairs,” but for anyone with mobility challenges, it could be difficult. Paul kindly added a railing on the main stairway to make things easier for me, which was very much appreciated. It helped, but the stairs were still a bit of a challenge.Also, while the suite is described as having a kitchenette, it’s really just a microwave and a mini-fridge. There’s no stove or oven inside, though there is a BBQ with a side burner on the patio, which gives you a few more options for light cooking.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and felt very well cared for. If accessibility or cooking facilities are important to you, it’s worth reaching out to Paul and Nicki with any questions ahead of time—they’re very helpful. Otherwise, this is a charming and peaceful retreat, and we’d happily return.

Private and a lovely view!

We were welcomed with some goodies and a beautiful patio space to lounge in the warm sunshine! The suite was cleaned and stocked with essentials and extras. Very quiet and located between Penticton and the town of Okanagan Falls. We hiked the Skaha bluffs and enjoyed the local wineries!
