"Courteous staff at the desk. Middle of the night, awoke to someone pounding on my door. It took way too long to check the security tapes (to find that the person had driven away.) Musty, moldy smell in the room -- either the AC or the bed linens, hard to tell. Took 10 minutes for the shower to become lukewarm and that's all the hot water there was. Unacceptable."

"I rented the King suite while on a road trip expecting it to be a restful stop. We got in around 1 AM to a very dirty room in disrepair. We decided to stay anyway because it was so late, and we had an 11 AM checkout. At 8:50 AM a lady banged on the door, repeatedly, completely ignoring the do not disturb sign.
