"Courteous staff at the desk. Middle of the night, awoke to someone pounding on my door. It took way too long to check the security tapes (to find that the person had driven away.) Musty, moldy smell in the room -- either the AC or the bed linens, hard to tell. Took 10 minutes for the shower to become lukewarm and that's all the hot water there was. Unacceptable."
