"No tv for my 4 day stay"

"I always mention the positive things about a stay before the things I didn’t care for. The location is great! Just a minute from 270/23. There’s a McDonald’s & Starbucks within walking distance. The room was clean. The outdated, small bathroom was very clean and the shower head was fantastic. It was very warm when we were there. Thankfully the AC worked great. Rates were low. Checkin was pretty simple but we had to wait for someone to come to help us. The staff was helpful when needed but not...

"Our room was 206. The bathroom was not fully cleaned plus the tub was clogged. I called the staff to bring me towels and they denied, saying I have to go and get it by myself. A/C was not working properly the room was so hot. Otherwise, good location."

"toilet was falling apart; staff was nice; there were people in parking lot begging for money, food, water. AC worked; parking was good. Floor of hotel dirty; shower dirty; shampoo we had in room looked used and gooey on outside of it. This hotel was not worth the money at all. I was very surprised. I don't care how poor you are DO NOT STAY here. I was worried all night that my MC was going to be stolen!!"

"I stayed here for 3 nights for an annual work trip in Columbus, and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. Room was solid and clean - comfortable bed, basic amenities including a fridge. It was cleaned daily by the time I returned from work. Location is great, right next to I-70 (but not enough you notice it) and everything you'd need as far as restaurants, shopping, etc. nearby. A small touch like having the elevator accessible by hotel key only with a third-floor room was noticed on my part. I...
