Musty, moldy smell in the room -- either the AC or the bed linens, hard to tell. Took 10 minutes for the shower to become lukewarm and that's all the hot water there was. Unacceptable."

"I rented the King suite while on a road trip expecting it to be a restful stop. We got in around 1 AM to a very dirty room in disrepair.
