"Pool was closed. There was hardly anyone at the desk and when we would call no one would answer. It took almost all day just to get 2 towels. When housekeeping did come to our room while we were out they left 2 towels. Never emptied the trash or anything more. We had to ask twice for additional toilet paper. Our floors were so filthy our socks and feet were black. There was no elevator making it difficult to carry luggage and a 1 year old up stairs. Beds were extremely small. I would recommend...

"The beds could be a little more confortable. Also there is a loud train nearby. Otherwise the pool is pretty nice and the rooms were clean. Good for cedar point"
