"Our reservation was over July 4th weekend. Apparently, they overbooked their king rooms, so we were notified one day before we arrived that they changed our room. When we arrived there wasn't a manager on-site to speak with, the woman at the desk did not have any answers for us, which I get it, it was not her fault. As she was checking us in, we were then told our room that was assigned to us was not clean. It was 3:30 in the afternoon and there was a line of people waiting to check in. The...

"Front desk staff was nice and helpful. However the bed was extremely uncomfortable and the room felt dirty. There was constant loud noise I. Our hall way and there was never anything done by staff to help reduce the noise. Room was either extremely cold or hot. If AC was on it was really cold and if it wasn’t on then it was really hot. Only stayed to catch an early flight and it was hard to even get 5 hours of sleep with the comfort of the bed."

"Great spot to stay for a couple of days at the park! Staff was super friendly, rooms were a bit outdated but spotless and the pool was refreshing. Excellent location will definitely be back!!"
